I arrived late, I send an e-mail before I left and received a reply that it was no problem. (despite they speak hardly english, we could anyhow communicate). When I came to casa Felisa, a friendly man was waiting for me. The room (on the back) was clean, it was quiet and I had a nice view when I woke... More

Nice lodging, very convenient location, clean, not far from Cathedral They staff are nice and helpful. There is no elevator but the staff help us to bring our luggage to the 2nd Floor. Good value of money

I stayed 3 days at Casa Felisa on the third floor in a private room with shared bath. Both my room and the shared bathrooms were sparkling clean. My room shared a wall with one of the baths, however, so you could hear the door opening and closing, the toilet flushing, and the shower running. At the price I paid,... More

I loved the stay at Casa Felisa upon walking in... it felt exactly like checking in with the old barkeep in the tavern. The rooms were nice and clean, and the shared bathroom was surprisingly nice and always free. It's also very close to the cathedral, and many shops & restaurants. I never tried the restaurant but would definitely stay... More

The hostal is well located for the old city and Cathedral is a 5 minute walk. Bedrooms were clean and well kept, but check if you want ensuite as most rooms seem to have shared bathrooms. The restaurant was great , set in an inner courtyard well planted offering an intimate dining experience. Food was good with a wide selection... More

Great way to end the Camino de Santiago! Convenient location in the historic district. Friendly and helpful staff made us feel right at home. Our room was clean and comfortable. Lunch in the peaceful garden was delicious. Casa Felisa was one of the most pleasant accommodations we stayed at during our multi-city trip to Spain. We would definitely stay there... More

The hostel is very nice and i would hardly recomend it. It was a little difficult to find in the first place, but once is really close to the main important points of the city. We booked a private room that was very nice, with clean towels on ghe arrive and no extra charge for it. The bathrooms, althought shared,... More

The peaceful atmosphere in the garden is restorative after the excitement of attending the Pilgrim Mass at the Cathedral and the crowds surging in the square and down the narrow streets. We enjoyed great food (grilled fish) and wine and went there twice during our six-night stay.

We had a delightful lunch at this shady, pretty restaurant not far from the magnificent Cathedral of Santiago. Get there early or book as there was a continuous stream of diners from about 13.30. Good gaspacho followed by grilled hake and an excellent watercress, walnut and blue cheese salad most satisfactory. Decent selection of sound wines by the glass, all... More

Did not stay here, but glimpsed the "secret garden" eating area in the indoor courtyard while walking past and decided to have dinner. The fish was beautifully cooked and the house wine was perfect. Idyllic surroundings. We sat under a huge camelia tree, which turns out to be over 200 years old! All kinds of trees and flowers grow here,... More
