I have stayed at the Hostal La Salle as my final resting place for four Caminos since 2012. It's scrupulously clean, it's close but just far enough away from the "touristy" area to be both quiet and interesting, and the staff are great. There is laundry if you need it, just a short walk to the main bus station and...

I stayed one night in the albergue (shared room) and one in the hostel (private room) both were clean and had comfortable beds. Great position to walk to the cathedral area, helpful staff, laundry and good wifi.

Smart hotel with an alburgue section 10 minutes walk from the cathedral. Room with four beds (two singles and bunk) with good ensuite facilities, Only one other bed occupied whilst I was there. Location in side street, no noise at night. 10 minute walk in opposite direction to main bus station to get airport bus.

Good basic accommodation in a very convenient location. 'Extras' in the room at hotel standard but, disappointingly, no bar or cafe area. As I had to leave early to catch a flight, a lack of breakfast was not a problem.

Conveniently located minutes away from the cathedral most folks are in Santiago to visit. Nice and clean rooms at bargain prices. Elementary or middle school next door so...

We stayed here for 1 night this week and it was a lovely location for visiting the old town and the world famous Cathedral. This hotel had all the comforts, except unfortunately it did not supply breakfast which is the only thing that let it down really. In the end it didn't matter a great deal as we walked to...

Good hotel, quiet and clean, with the mood of the pilgrim to it thanks to its decoration. However, the convent next door has the habit to chime its bells very very early. Not for the people who want to sleep over.

We checked in late and there was a party in room above, they were very happy to help quieten it down. Only problem was that they spoke very little English. The location was very good, quiet, not far from the main bus station (15 mins walk) and very close to the old city. Cathedral was around 10 mins walk, Galician Centre of Contemporary Art also around 10-15 mins walk. There are ATM nearby. I stayed for couple of nights in the single room with 2 beds. The room was clean and...
