Had three nights here, very clean room, good breakfast especially the coffee, friendly and helpful staff. Good location close to bus for airport, easy walk to cathedral and old quarter. Near shops and plenty of good restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again.

The room, reception, and breakfast area were very clean. At breakfast there was lovely tea and coffee available, and we had cornflakes and a pastry, which we were happy with. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room and the bathroom were good, plenty of hot water. There were no tea/coffee making facilities which we would have liked. The...

The hotel has all the basic amenities: bed, bath and internet. The beds are fine, the curtains can be closed well, the breakfast is continental, with reasonable coffee. The internet is actually better than I experienced in much more expensive hotels. The location is pretty central. Not spectacular, until you see the price!

I had a one night stay. The room was very clean and quiet the bathroom contained a shower/bath and the hotel was located 10 mins from the town centre. The bus stop around the corner can take you to the airport for 3.50 or bus station for one Euro so convenient. There was a sign in the lift specifying one...

Close to the attractions and short uphill walk from the railroad station -- was convenient for us when we arrived at midnight. you Basic, very clean. Front desk were pleasant and helpful -- a couple of times we needed a taxi, and they called for us.

Surprisingly comfortable, modern, and clean for good price. Great end for pilgrims...can walk to the cathedral (but it is a good 15 min walk). Room quiet and cafe below the hostel has wonderful chocolate churros!

I selected the Windsor because I was arriving in Santiago very late and wanted a hotel with a 24-hour desk. There is also Parking possibilities for those arriving by car. There is an elevator and the free wifi was fast. There is a luggage storage area by the front desk. It is a 10 minute walk to the town center/Cathedral....

We only stayed for one night, but found it to be centrally located and excellent value. Our large room with bathroom ensuite was spotlessly clean, quiet, well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was average but enough to satisfy. Good WiFi. The staff, especially on reception were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here after arriving for our first night after walking the Camino 55 Euro for a triple room. Cosy and clean with a large bathroom and good wifi. A simple breakfast was included in this price. Less then 15 minutes walk to the cathedral.
