This is an old building, the rooms have beautiful architecture and antiques. Lots of space, we had a small balcony. Bring ear plugs, because this is in the heart of everything. Worth every penny. No elevator, but that's no problem for us.

Location is super. But noisy from outside. Weather is horrible, cold. And hitting system switch on-off automatically. Mostly time cold in the room. Town is lovely but just for one day-then enough.-nothing really to do.

We were given a balcony room overlooking the town square below. This was so interesting watching the pilgrims coming and going. The room was huge with comfortable chairs and bed and spacious bathroom. The owner although only spoke Spanish was very friendly and helpful. We were continued walking to Fisterre and then came back and stayed another night requesting the...

I stayed here for 3 nights. I found it to be noisy in the mornings with delivery trucks in the plaza. Also during my stay, street repair work was being done. The manager did not inform me of this at booking and I only booked one day in advance. The owner said this is how it is in the old...

I swear this was the last room left in the Santiago CBD on July 24 and because accommodation was at a premium we were willing to pay a little more than the usual pilgrim rates. This was well worth it. We scored the room right at the top of the building which was absolutely charming and pretty. Exposed beams, large...

Santo Grial is a beautiful quaint hotel, situated in the heart of the old town. It is well maintained and secured safely in its public location. Rooms are very comfy and clean, lines and towels of excellent standard. However hot water in the showers was limited. We had a room overlooking the square and it was very noisy outside with...

Spent 1 night here in May 2011 and loved it! One of my favorite rooms I have ever stayed in, it was lovely. In an old building with wooden floors, exposed beams on the ceiling and exposed stone walls. Decorated very nicely and tastefully. Very clean. In an excellent location in the heart of the old city only 5 min...

Stayed in the Hotel Santo Grial with a friend for a few nights. Location wise it couldn't be more central. We were lucky to score the top room with an amazing and quite large balcony overlooking the square, which is a real suntrap. The room was large with comfortably beds and ample wardrobe space. There was also a flatscreen tv,...

We ahd a lovely room - very clean and comfortable with all the facilities we needed after our Camino - a good shower, a comfy bed, clean and WIfi. A minor problem is that there is no reception and you have to contact by phone and arrange a meeting time however that all went without a hitch. The room we...
