We love La Mora, and as such have been camping at Torre de la Mora about 10 times now. It is a gem in many respects situated so close to one of the best beaches in the area.

This is the best site in the area. We will be there in 10 days for a 4 week stay in a tent. Beach pitches are available, but the majority of the pitches are within the pine forest, which is terraced with fantastic sea views. Go there and enjoy a fabulous site!!
ps Don't take a BBQ as they're banned due to the fact you're camping in a pine forest.

Hi Emma. We've stayed last summer with our 3 kids (10,6yrs and 22 months). The site is terrassed so you do have drops and hazards. We didn't have any problems even with our pitch having had vertical drops(1.5m approx) on two sides and our youngest is a rather lively one! Unfortunately you can't book specific pitches and have to take your chances on the day of arrival.
I hope this helps to make up your mind
