Such a unique place to stay. The location was terrific, right next to the cathedral featured in Game of Thrones, in the old city of Girona. You can't get any closer to the heart of the city. There is constant stream of tour groups walking by the front of the building and around the side street that runs underneath part... More

Your first impression as you cross the entrance is one of light and air and calm. There was clearly a lot of thought to the visitors when this place was remodelled. Well-timed lights as you go up and down the staircase. Sitting areas throughout the place. Doors and windows that opened to a courtyard. The rooms were large and well-appointed.

If you like unique lodging don't miss this chance. Wonderful location amidst the stairways and cobblestones. Friendly staff. Large bedroom and bathroom and interesting building. Yes the church bells are loud- but that's awesome!

Best location - if you want to be in the very heart of old Girona, next to the cathedral - look no further. Casa Cundaro is located in a small, magical street, so there is no noise and rush. Staff is great - my first stay there we were a group and needed some relocation (double/ twin beds issue) and... More

This is a place really close to the Cathedral (100' away), easily hidden away in the Jewish Quarter. A cool little garden in the courtyard to relax and enjoy the church bells. You can walk to the downtown area easily, its about 10 minute walk to the center of town. The staff is very polite, friendly, and attentive. The rooms... More

We spent a couple of nights here in one of the apts .It really is a quirky little place to stay in the beautiful old part of the city. Apt was spacious and warm and the family that own the apartments also live next door and have the Hotel Historic and Apts where you can arrange to have breakfast if... More

This historic house in the Jewish quarter has only 9 rooms....we stayed in apartment 204 and can't say anything that could properly describe the special effect of staying in a centuries old neighborhood with amazing views and genuine history....a bucket list experience....

Somewhere different from uniform modern hotel: huge ceiling and spacious room with nice garden and stunning setting in old quarter by cathedral. You can be in café at foot of cathedral in 2 mins. It made our stay special. Down side was that we couldn't get hot water in shower to work properly and nobody told us you have to... More

We booked two rooms a studio and room only. Staying here provides a chance to stay in an old town property with some modern comforts but with loads of original features. The studio had a basic kitchen area that we used to make tea and breakfast. I agree with a previous reviewer that a toaster and kettle would be an... More

The view from the many balconies is perfect, since you're in the middle of the Girona Medieval quarter. We got a bathroom that used to be an old kitchen, enormous, funky, old and with a fireplace. The house is beautiful, with all sorts of nooks and little gardens. My biggest problem were the cathedral bells: if you're a light sleeper,... More
