I booked a few days away for my partner and I and was pleasantly surprised with the hotel given its great value. It's set on a side street just off Las Ramblas but was very quiet. Very clean and friendly.

Very good hotel, great value for money if you book early. The location was ideal, you could walk almost anywhere. Between Lyceum and Parallel Metro stations, 2 mins from Las Rablas and Plaza Reial. Comfortable bed, big screen tv, clean, modern hotel with adecuate breakfast and free water/coffee throughout the day.. I would have evaluated it with 5 if there...

Beforehand to say thank you for your valuation and your time. We are pleased to know that you like the location of the hotel and everything the rooms have. As for the noise I say that the location of the hotel does not contribute to the soundproofing of the rooms even though the windows are double glazed. Anyway, they have...

Decent comfortable hotel in the centre of Barcelona, close to la Rambla and in the middle of Raval. Its located in a sidestreet of la Rambla and therefore quiet. If the weather is good you can have a jump in the pool.

We stayed here one night when we visited Barcelona over the Christmas holiday. It was quite a bit more expensive than I'm seeing for dates in the new year, but at under $100 I thought it was great value. They had a great atrium area and a nice big breakfast area. The breakfast was pretty standard wiith breads, sweets, yougurt,...

We had a great 2 night stay here last week-end. Hotel is just off the Ramblas so very convenient and close to Metro to get us to the Nou Camp. Hotel was lovely - very modern and the staff very helpful - would definitely stay here again when we revisit Barcelona

This hotel is located strategically in Barcelona: 1- transfer to airport is easy by bus or metro 2- nightlife and too many bars and restaurants are available within walking distance 3- shopping and beach are close 4- 300 meters to metro station And finally the breakfast is also great

I have never stayed at a hotel (and I've had my share of hotels), where you were able to hear that much noise from the rooms next door and the hallways. I must say that's the one impression that overshadows all others after I left the hotel.... And that's a shame. This hotel has SO much potential. It's location in...

I came back from this hotel on Monday after spending my 21st birthday weekend in Barcelona with my boyfriend. I thought the hotel was lovely, modern with a traditional twist and the tea, coffee and water 24 hours a day was great. You always had a stock of chocolate, crisps and drinks in the fridge if you needed something desperately...

Staying in El Raval

Neighborhood Profile
El Raval
Once a downtrodden corner of downtown Barcelona, this gritty area has seen a cultural resurgence boasting an excellent nightlife and one of the most multi ethnic spots in the entire city. A sense of humble authenticity protrudes from the many independent record stores, second hand shops, and student bars that seem to light up the streets day and night. The rocking epicenter, the MACBA Plaça, is a modern day forum for bohemian youth, abuzz with the sights and sounds of late-night gatherings and talented skateboarders showing off their latest tricks.
