Description
The NH Collection Barcelona Tower hotel, formerly known as Hesperia Tower, is in Barcelona’s new business and financial district, between the airport and the city center. It’s just minutes from the More fairgrounds too. As for the building itself, it’s a real city landmark, complete with a fabulous glass-roof cupola. Less

The hotel is close subway station and airport. It's a nice place to stay but there are a few aspects that need improvement. First and foremost, there's no kettle in the room and when I requested for one, I was told to get hot water from house keeping whenever I need it. This is s

Stayed 4 nights for a conference. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient shuttle from the airport. The breakfast buffet is probably the nicest I've had at a hotel. Rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable - only miss having a coffee maker the room. While the hotel

The good is that on the surface this hotel looks nice. The lobby is nice, the staff are nice, the rooms are nice.
The bad is the food is average at best and lacking variety and actual flavour.
The ugly is that the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and after midnight with a confe

The hotel looks nice from the outside, but after a few minutes in an apartment you realize that it's far from how a 5-star hotel should look. There were only a few hangers for two and just one pair of slippers, cheap hygiene items, room phones were not working at all... Of course

Located about the mid point between BCN airport and downtown Barcelona. So, if you plan to visit downtown, this would not be your choice.
Facility is nice and stuff are very kind. The issue is elevator traffic.
I stayed at 13th floor (14th in US system) and I had to wait fo

Hi there we've just booked this hotel for next August, but they encouraged us to book a shuttle transfer from and to the airport and now I'm reading they supply a free shuttle...can anyone help us out here? Thanks
Hi everybody! I used NH Collection Barcelona Tower free shuttle this summer and a year ago. I hope nothing changes next year too. All you have to do is to ask for a timetable of shuttle service at the hotel. You may call or use whatsapp. Good luck!

Could somebody tell me how easy it is to get into Barcelona city centre from here? Is there any public transport? Many thanks 😀
There is a bus stop right outside the hotel. A taxi takes about 20mins!!

I was wondering if you could tell me if you can open the windows it hotel rooms? I cannot use the aircon.
Dear Ann, Thank you very much for your message. We regret to inform that, for security reasons, the windows in the hotel rooms, cannot be open. However, in NH Fira Suites there are some rooms where the windows open. We trust this information meets your satisfaction. Should you require further assistance, please contact us again. We would be delighted to assist you. Kindest regards, Josep Maria Serra. General Manager

Hi Is someone here who can give me some answers, please? 1. How much is to get a taxi from the airport to this hotel? 2. Why in the description of the hotel they are saying that the gym and the spa are part of the hotel and included in the price and here i saw that we have to pay extra 12€ pp? That s true? 3. Do you know how much is the travel card for 1 week there? To use the bus and the underground as well? 4. It s expensive to eat/drink inside the hotel? 5. Which locations are the best to visit, because i will be there just for few days and i have no time to visit everything?? Thank you!
I find some of your questions strange as you have chosen a 5 star hotel. 5 star hotels are not cheap! 1. There is a free courtesy bus from the airport to the hotel. Check online for timings. 2. The pool and spa are not part of the hotel. They just have an affiliation with them which gets you cheaper use. Yes 12 euros pp per day. You cannot walk direct between the two as the interlinking doors have been closed permanently, you need to go out of the main hotel entrance and walk around to it. 3. Not sure of price for public transport. The underground station is in the hospital grounds opposite the main entrance to the hotel. There is a free shuttle bus into town from the hotel. This stops at their sister hotel in town. Taxis are 15 to 20 euros into town, depending upon destination. 4. Expensive is a relative term, depending on what you want. We decided not to eat breakfast in the hotel as we thought it was a lot for what it is. There is the Café 365 in the shopping precinct behind the hotel and across the road. This is open every day and open until reasonably late. We had one evening meal in the restaurant and it was what you would expect at a 5 star hotel. Very good quality at a 5 star price. 5. Take the open-top hop-on hop-off bus tour to see where things are and choose what you want to see. Everyone has different needs so take the bus trip and choose where you want to get off and visit. buses run all the time, no timetable just all the time! Sagrada Familia is spectacular. Book your tickets before you go as the queues are stupid otherwise. Try the cable car over the harbour for a spectacular view.
