One of the best hotels I have ever been. The room was perfect, clean and everything was new. The small swimming pool on the roof is simply beautiful. Everyone in the staff is very kind and helpful,the receptionist,the cleaning service staff, people who work on the rooftop. The drinks and the dinner on the rooftop were very very good. The hotel is in the city centre, close to bus stops and metro stops. Hope to come back one day! Cheers from Italy!

From the moment we arrived at the hotel to when we left it was a fantastic experience. The staff were really friendly and always happy to help you with ideas of places to visit , restaurants to have tasty meals and ways to get around Barcelona . With all the news at the weekend the reception staff were very informative of the current news bulletins and willing to assist us where every needed. The room was clean - beds very comfortable bathroom very modern , we were given tea and coffee facilities on arrival . Safe in the room which was excellent as I believe that the city has a lot of thefts . Lovely roof terrace which has a view over the city where you can chill out and there is a bar open during the summer months and a small dip pool. The hotel is situated in a great location , really had a great time exploring the city. Would love to return back.

Booked via Air B&B , £800 reservation paid. Arrived to be told I need to pay £800 again because there's an issue apparently even though we've already paid. Reception rude not understanding and unhelpful. I wouldn't wish staying here on my worst enemy. It's essentially ruined my whole holiday.

The Hotel was loud at night as we claimed at the reception he was stressed and alone. Around 25 people did party in COVID times and strict restrictions at the rooms. Why? Are they not taking care about restrictions, guests and neighbors? Complained in the morning again and advising to inform for the next time the police and at the reception you can ask for an official document “Reclamation of consumidor. Neighbors where throwing eggs and bottles as they where angry. No reaction from the Hotel. How save is it if there is only one person working at night and they have any escalation?

Dear Mr. Heidmeyer, First of all, we would like to express our great despondency concerning your commentaries. As informed to you by the Head of Reception, and later on myself the same morning after the events, we proceeded to evict any client that would not abide by our rules from the hotel. We would like to state, yet again, that we ourselves are part of the neighborhood to which we are very proud to belong. That is why we do everything in our power to prevent any unfortunate situation, and we expect our neighbors to help along with our difficult yet indispensable labor. We also encourage you not to report about how many workers are present during a shift, since our work organizational system rests unknown to anyone external to our hotel. It is well known that we are going through a global pandemic situation, which seems to be endless, and has affected us all in terms of health and employment. Unfortunately, our hotel has been closed for almost a year and a half, directly and very damagingly affecting our workers and all their families. The return to work has been highly celebrated by the entire staff members. We are sorry to acknowledge that you do not share our happiness for our long expected comeback. Best regards, David Torres

i had a trip to barcelona from the US scheduled for June 2020 that got cancelled due to covid. hotel stated a month prior if restrictions still existed in June they would refund me. now they will not return any emails regarding the refund for the past month!
