Came here for a mini break. Did not know Barcelona but a friend was staying here for longer and I met up with him. Paid more for a better room. Good location in centre of town on Las Ramblas. Convenient as about 15 minute walk...More
Great location on Las Ramblas. All basic features for relatively affordable price.we stayed there for one night after Mediterabiah cruse, on the way back home. It was convenient location and we didn't have to spend extra time to get to restaurants, shopping or entertainment.
My son and I were in Spain June 2017.
The only thing accurate about Hostal Benidorm is the cluster of lights they use to advertise their hotel / hostel. Do NOT let them put you in room 410 -this was an after-site for accommodation and...More

Just on the Ramblas, just in between 2 metro stops and in the middle of 3 neighborhoods, so great location both for walking and public transportation.
Great service from the nice and welcoming front desk people.
The rooms are basic but clean and equipped.

Barcelona's most famous street was once a dry riverbed. Now, La Rambla is a 1200-meter boulevard, and a major draw for visitors. During the day, La Rambla fills with pedestrians, some of which stroll past impressive human statues and artists while others take a break to people-watch while enjoying a drink at one of the many terraces. Housed here is the iconic Boqueria Market that offers one of the most varied and
appetizing selections of local produce and specialty meats and treats. While it’s important for tourists to keep an eye on their belongings at all times, this area is most safely explored in the daytime and is a must see for everyone who visits.
