The value is good, well located however the souroundings are not safe.Very friendly staff and extrthelpful.The cleanliness is not at it best.Maintenance of the toilet needs to be done as mentioned due to the cleanliness it’s not confortable

Very unique hotel, Great location!! Few minutes walking from La Ramblas, Room are very clean! Front desk clerk are amazing!! Raquel, Alberto and other did everything to make our vacation great, thank you so much!!! Definitely recommend!!

Just what I accepted. Solid middle class hotel - not more and not less. Nice and friendly staff. Overall a good impression. I would recommend it for a short city-trip or a business-trip. If you get disturbed by noise you shouldn’t choose such a central hotel. For me the location…

How close is it yo cruise departure port?

A ten euro cab ride, which the front desk will call for you. The distance is a short ride but not really within walking distance. About a mile and a half.

What's the best way to get to the hotel SERHS Del port from the airport.

Dear, Emma. As other travellers said, there are different options to get the hotel from the airport. 1) TRAIN: From Terminal 2, take the train to Sants Estació. Then, thransfer to metro line 3 and get off at Paral·lel station. The hotel is 100m from the metro stop. Metro ticket (10€ - 10 trips) is all you need in this option. 2) AEROBUS: From Terminal 2 or Terminal 1, take the bus until Plaça Espanya and take the metro (line 3) to Paral·lel. This ticket costs 5,90€ one way / 10,20€ tow ways (return valid withn 15 days after). 3) Bus 46: From Terminal 2 or 1, take the bus 46 and get off at Plaça Espanya. There, take the green line again to Paral·lel metro station. Valid with T-10 normal ticket. 4) Taxi. It costs around 40€. Can anyone recommend nice bars and places to eat out for dinner? Does the hotel have a bar/lounge? The website says it does but some booking sites saying it doesn't? Also no fridge in room? Is this true? Thanks in advance :)
