A nice stay at B Hotel... Staff are friendly, location is ok however is a taxi or short bus ride to the main areas of attraction... There is a hop on hop off bus stop about a 5 minute walk away... This will take you to almost everywhere in Barcelona however is a long day so might be worth extending the ticket to 48 hours and spreading across 2 days...

There seemed to be a small problem with our reservation that was solved by the hotel very fast.In addition I mentioned that it was a birthday trip and if they could help me make it special.The response came immediately that I did not need to worry ... The day of the birthday arrived and already at breakfast we realised the dinning room stuff was informed and brought us a glass of Cava ,the same happend at the reception they wished him a happy birthday.When we came back to the room in the evening ,to our surprise ,a bottle of cava and a piece of cake, together with a birthday card, was awaiting us.A truly special and appreciated gesture... We loved staying at B-Hotel, it was the perfect homebase for our first visit to Barcelona... Convenient located right by Placa Espana, so you can take the Aerobus from the airport almost directly to your hotel... Better to fill the bath and just run it over your hair when needed...

The hotel is located near a metrostation, near the bus stop to the airport, near the the Font Magica area and a large shopping mall... The view from the rooftop terrace is great, and can be enjoyed from an (unheated) infinity pool...
