We wanted a hotel with a water view, close to the metro, and a friendly staff. The room was very clean, the view was of the yacht basin, and the staff carried our luggage up the stairs. What more could we ask for. Great new small hotel.

I tested positive for covid and the hotel is not willing to change the dates or refund my money. I sent the test report as proof, but there was no flexibility with the situation. Worse than that is the fact that they are willing to have guests with "mild covid" cases. According to them, that's what the law says in Spain right now and I could still go to the hotel as I had planned before "as long as I wore a mask and cleaned my hands"....really? No matter what the law says, I think that it should be common sense that a business should not put their client's health in danger. Unbelievable the lack of responsability and care with the guests You should be ashamed for lying like that! I tested positive in the May 25th and notified you through booking.com in the same day! My reservation started in the 27th! I have proof of the conversation through booking.com when you said that I could go to the hotel even having Covid! Zero respect for the client, zero commitment to the truth and zero commitment with the client's health safety...I am indeed grateful for not staying with you. I can only imagine how bad the experience with you would have been....by the way, EVERYBODY is in risk of getting Covid! In what world are you living???

Avoid this hotel. Canceled my booking for no reason. When I contacted them they told me that the room is alread rented and no other rooms where avaiable. They did not even bother to contact me before they canceled. My trip to see family is ruined.

What a lovely hotel! We enjoyed our stay here a lot. The room was sparkling clean, the beds were super comfortable and the balcony had a nice view down to the green square in front of the hotel. The staff was super friendly and flexible with our check-in time. If you´re looking for a budget friendly hotel with lovely rooms in great location you won´t be disappointed.

Stayed here one night with my 6yo. Location right near beach, gothic quarter. Expensive touristy area. The staff were friendly and helpful with info we needed. We did a free walking tour while we were there and got a recommendation to a bar with Spanish dancing (20min show) which was around the corner and I’d highly recommend it for the price it was. Good for kids as it was a short show after dinner. Make sure you have some spare change on your for the per person city taxes (everywhere in Spain). Good for a short stay.

This is best described as a guest house but none the worse for that. I occupied a double room with a balcony and you cannot fault the location. A 3 minute walk to La Born, 2 minutes to the marina and just a little further to El Gotico. The nearest metro is also only about 2 minutes away. The room was spotlessly clean, with a fridge, a safe and a/c. The bathroom is small, and doesn't offer much privacy if you are a couple as the door is of glass and there is a gap all the way around but if that is not a problem for you, then the rest of the amenities are fine. Shower was good and powerful with plenty of hot water. The receptionist is there from 9 until 9 and you don't have all the services available to you that you would in a hotel, but you don't pay hotel prices either. Everyone speaks a very high level of English and are super friendly. Linens are clean and fresh and the room clean but simple. I tried one night with the balcony doors open, but got defeated by the mosquitoes, the 2nd night I used the a/c which was too efficient and I had to get up to turn the temperature up, the 3rd night was peaceful and comfortable. Blankets are available in the cupboard area of the room. I would highly recommend this place. The room is exactly like the photo on the website. It is small, clean and simple but well priced. It is not luxury but it is everything you could want. Coffee is available for a small price from a nespresso machine in reception. If you want luxury, pay more and go to a hotel, but it would be a shame because this is a little hidden gem.

So my husband booked one night here through Booking.com as he was in Barcelona on business. When he turned up they didn't have his booking but told him his booking was for over one month ahead. A genuine mistake on my husband's behalf. Unfortunately they didn't have availability for that night so he had to go somewhere else which ofcourse was expected but the hotel wouldn't refund any of the 279 euros paid for the one night which is over a month ahead. This is terrible customer service, it would be fair if they would have refunded a min of 50 % which means they could easily sell the room again and they would keep us as customers for repeat business. That way everyone would be happy.

This is very small hostal. Only 11 rooms on small floor. Do not expect big hotels services. IE the lobby is staffed only during the day. If you plan to arrive off hours coordinate w them. Need to know the address!!! There is no sign by the entrance to the building. Buzz the ringer. Great staff. More than happy to help you and guide you. Great room. We had a 3 person room. Very updated, modern clean quiet rooms. It even had a small balcony. It was so quiet I had to sleep w the tv on for some white noise. And the price is reasonable. Multiple options for food nearby. A Metro station is just a block away. Also, main bus lines have stops just around the corner. The hotel is a 7 minute walk to the gothic area and what I consider the best attraction, Basilica Santa Maria Del Mar. Perfectly happy w my selection. Would certainly do it again.

Located in best part of town to access all areas of Barcelona, most by foot and a few further areas by metro. Stayed for a total of 10 days in three different rooms and all were clean with great bathrooms. Location adjacent to old town which had exceptional places to eat and a number of popular sightseeing areas available within walking distance. Beach areas where also within walking distance. Best part of trip was the hotel service managers, Rosabel, Ana, and Lola. Very pleasant, very helpful when needed, and very courteous. If all service hotels had employees like these girls, travel would be so much better. Thanks again girls!

Stayed here for 3 days during my stay in Barcelona. First off, the location is unbeatable - a very close walk to the beach as well as to the gothic neighborhood. Even just below the hotel is a very famous tapas restaurant that is highly rated on TripAdvisor. The staff were all very helpful and quick to offer any suggestions as to where to eat and what to do around the city. The rooms were sleek and modern in design, a very functional minimalistic approach that I was very fond it. The room and bathroom were all kept very clean. The bathroom was also a plus with its modern design and huge shower head. It is indeed a budget hotel but you get more than what you pay for in all honesty. Thanks for making my trip memorable in Barcelona. We will definitely stay here again. - Ansel Ponce Diama
