Stayed 1 night and I paid about 240 Euros for a superior room with terrace on a Saturday. I found the price was too much for that room. The bathroom was rather small and the sink was even in the room which was really unusual and uncomfortable for me. Didn’t like it. The double bed was ok for the comfort but not the best. The terrace/big balcony was nice and large with a sofa and 2 chairs. Staff at front desk are nice, but at breakfast were quite distant and unfriendly. Food choice at breakfast was ok to good. Quality also same level. The location is good around the corner of Plaça Catalunya. Easy to reach. Overall, an average to good experience in my opinion and compared to similar hotel category and prices. Even as a member of H10 club

Only re-opened since June 25 , the H10 Urquinaona Plaza was my base for the night before heading back to the UK. It’s a very unique and classy building right in the center of everything but it’s so quiet inside you’d never know you are in the middle of Barcelona. The welcome glass of cava has gone but it’s replaced with a cocktail voucher to be used at the rooftop bar. Checkin was quick and allocated room on the 5th floor which overlooked the plaza. The room was a good size, the bed clean and very comfortable, use to use AC which was needed in the heat. Quite a smart functional bedroom with everything you would need for your stay – coffee machine & complimentary water too . The bathroom was actually a frosted glass box rather than a conventional bathroom but it was perfectly fine, great shower and plenty of Rituals toiletries. Wifi worked very well and easy to connect to across all my devices. The sound-proofing was amazing and I didn’t hear anything during the night , even the AC was quiet ! Great blackout blinds too. Breakfast was included and taken on floor -1 , great choice of pasties, fruits and cooked items – remember to use your tongs . Cava was available in the morning along with a selection of juices and hot beverages. It was all very good and a great start to the day. Tables were spaced apart so plenty of social distance. All of the staff made everyone fell very welcome in this covid times and they were happy to help with any requests and look after you. The roof terrace was very nice with wonderful views over the city and the nearby cathedral, a perfect spot for a drink or just to grab some sunshine and then cool off in the pool. The location is right beside the metro and a short 5 minute walk from the aerobus stop on Placa Catalunya so it’s a perfect location to get around and sightsee. I will definitely stay here again if the budget allows as it’s such a great choice and a wonderful hotel to stay in. From the moment we entered the door we were treated amazingly. Sparkling wine while checking in, the man at the front door helped us to the elevator and walked with us to the room. The room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. There is a rooftop area to hang out and we brought a couple of beers to sit outside after a long day. There is a small bar with very attentive bartenders. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was attentive. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back. Even at the end they called a taxi the night before for us to the train station and the checkout was seamless. The location is fantastic. We were able to get about the entire city using our location as a starting point. The Metro and buses are very accessible. We are walkers so we were quite happy about our location.…

Stayed here with my husband and 4 year old for 3 days. Location absolutely perfect, waking distance to everything so much so we ‘stumbled’ across lots of the places we intended to go and visit. We took the airport bus to and from the hotel to the airport, which is super easy, about 30 mins and stop is round the corner from the hotel. Chilled hotel, friendly staff, comfy beds with quality bedding. Breakfast was really good. The teddy, juice and biscuits in the room for our little one was a nice touch and went down a treat as did the welcome glass of cava. Really enjoyable stay, would definitely recommend.

This was a last minute stay for a stressful situation as our daughter who was studying with IES Abroad in Barcelona was placed in an unsafe apartment. I arrived and had our daughter join me in staying at H10 until we could resolve her housing issues. Jordan at the desk was wonderful! Along with the other staff, they all went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and were so sensitive to the stress we were under. They offered fantastic recommendations and always warmly welcomed us with refreshments and a few sweets! The hotel is beautiful-clean and stunning! The location is right in the city center walkable to the everything, even 2 metro stops. We would recommend anyone stay here when visiting Barcelona and cannot wait to return (under less stressful circumstances). We were a family of 4 and had a fantastic stay. Beautiful rooms, lovely staff and great breakfast. Our rooms overlooked the street but the soundproofing is very good so we slept well each night. Spacious rooms with a couch, comfortable beds, excellent shower and every part of the hotel was very clean! The staff was amazing. They booked a restaurant for us ahead of time for Christmas dinner and were quick to offer help each morning as we headed out for sightseeing. Breakfast was incredible, appreciated the carafe of orange juice at our table and the food selection was great. Loved the "chef's special" salad each morning. Bar staff was super, and so friendly each night when we returned thirsty after sightseeing. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Lovely hotel, staff all brilliant and friendly with hotel areas all clean and well presented. Rooms were as expected, well layed out, amenities all excellent, bed comfortable and clean, slight niggle in that the curtains did not fit the windows so light came in, also some lights loose off walls. Breakfast was excellent also, good choice and good quality, always re filled when needed so no empty trays. All in all an excellent find and happy to stay again on our next trip.

Stayed three nights after arriving from freezing Frankfurt at the start of of winter Iberian adventure. The hotel is centrally located and easy walking distance to the older part as well as the shopping areas. The property itself is reportedly from the 19th century though it has been furnished with the latest modern conveniences. Staff were uniformly friendly from the reception staff onwards. We had a slightly bigger room because there were three of us. Our room faced the inner area and thus does not have an outside view. The room itself is longish with a sofa bed. Bathroom is large with twin sinks. The room itself has a coffee maker though not a kettle. In room safe is also included. The cupboard itself is strangely high that the wife remarked people in Spain must all be very tall. Wifi is free and adequate. Breakfast is in the basement and while does not match up to Asia’s better hotels in terms of variety, was very adequate for our purpose. Cava is included which is very civilized we thought. There’s also a convenience store right next door, which is very helpful.…

Nice, clean hotel with very friendly staff only 5 minutes walking distance away from Plaça de Catalunya. If you want to explore this vibrating city thats the perfect place to stay. The rooms are very spacious with complementary coffee and water. The breakfast buffet offers everything for a fantastic start in to the day. There is a indoor bar with a little menu and a roof terrace bar which we didn’t use. The only minus point we have is the missing disinfection bottle by the entrance to the restaurant. Unfortunately people still even after 2 years of covid are not using provided tongs to put the food on their plate. Otherwise fantastic stay thanks to the location and fabulous staff at the reception and in the bar :)
