Room was nicely sized w/ a coffee maker and hot pot. Bed was very comfortable with great pillows. One of the best places we stayed on our trip. Only things that could have improved our stay, would have been wash clothes, usb charging capability, body lotion provided in the room and in room complimentary bottled water.

All employees were very helpful and most spoke English. The daily breakfast was a great option to have. Wonderful cafe's & shops within walking distance. Very nice area, being that it's outside of the city center, yet still within walking distance was ideal. The rooms were clean and neatly appointed. The metro & bus stops are withing 200 meters of the hotel and there is a 24hour market two doors over. I would stay here again.

My first time in Barcelona and I would absolutely book this hotel if I return. The staff look after you from start to finish. Nothing feels like too much trouble and they make you feel so welcome. Regular cleaning in room, booking our taxi to the airport and special thanks to Jean who was so attentive she even offered to warm oat milk for us at breakfast to have with our coffee (a small but very much appreciated gesture). The rooms are beautiful and the bed was the biggest I've ever slept in! Lovely outdoor space and fabulous amenities in the room. Complimentary water brought to our door within 5 minutes of arrival. The location is fantastic, minutes from La Ramblas yet when you're inside it is tranquil and you wouldn't know the hustle and bustle out the front door. Everything was immaculate. Hands down the best hotel experience I've had to date. Thankyou to the whole team for an unforgettable stay.

Brilliant hotel in a brilliant location. The staff can’t do enough for you and the room was big enough as was the bathroom. Breakfast was good with a varied choice. All the staff are exceptional from the the front desk to the cleaners but especially Victor the barman, top man.

A truly fantastic stay! Arrived, greeted by friendly staff, wonderful entry to the hotel creating a good experience fro the first steps in. Our room was ready, nice size with Queen bed, small terrace, view of back courtyard. bathroom equipped with excellent products. Comfortable bed, all modern. Staff was friendly and helpful from the front desk to concierge to the maids. Breakfast was excellent, local delicacies and breakfast staples. Great service! Centrally located hotel. Would def. stay again. Only minus was 20 euro charge for breakfast per person.

We stayed for a few days in January with our 5 year old daughter. We were welcomed by the excellent Oriol at concierge and for the next few days he looked after us, with dining suggestions, with advice on places to visit (Santa Maria del Mar, thanks!) and much more. Victor at the bar/restaurant was also lovely and made us feel at home and always had something to offer my daughter. The hotel also booked our pre-flight covid test so we didn't have to search for a clinic around barcelona. We had a triple room. Unfortunately the hotel's triple rooms do not face the main street so we didnt have any views. The room had one window overlooking a shaft, a brightly coloured and decorated shaft but still just a shaft. The room itself was very nice, with a good bathroom and a great shower. As in many other places in Spain, the air-con was centralised, with no option to go cooler/warmer in your room. On day one staff showed us a trick to modify the temperature but it didnt really work. Location is great, a few minutes walk to lovely restaurants and all the best shops in Barcelona, as well as Casa Battlo'. Quiet and safe street, which is what we wanted. Couple of convenience stores 20 metres away, to buy water and other small necessities.

Great location 1 minute from Zara/Rolex on Passieg de Garcia. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and modern facilities. Breakfast was ample and fresh. We were able to check in 2 hours (no charge) earlier and paid a small supplement for a late check out 2 hrs later.
