We stayed in the hotel in March, and the weather was quite warm. Our air conditioner hardly worked, and we were quite uncomfortable each of the three nights we spent at the hotel. We complained numerous times, but the problem was never resolved. The manager hadn't come in yet when we departed so I left him a note requesting a one-night credit to our bill. I never even received a response. I wouldn't stay here again under the circumstances.

Would highly recommend. Had no idea where we were staying - it was definitely just a crap shoot. So so happy with our choice. We walked everywhere and felt like the staff knew us personally. We had a suite and it was lovely - huge windows that opened up to the street and large comfy bed.

This is a lovely hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. It is in a great location for exploring Barcelona as you can walk to most place or take the metro which is close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful hotel, highly recommended, Marc at the front desk is very friendly and helpful with everything. You can order sushi to your room, get a glass of free cava on arrival and everything is brilliantly clean. Would recommend to anyone staying.

We loved everything about this Hotel. Staff were extraordinarily helpful with restaurant recommendations and directions to various sights. The Hotel is in a great position, easy to travel from train station and minutes to the main tourist areas. The room we had (210) was quiet and spacious, had a bath and great water pressure. Bed was huge and comfortable. We didn't eat in the restaurant but the Hotel was close to many great places to eat. Big shout out to reception staff, especially Giuliano who was friendly and welcoming. Everyone spoke good English which was very helpful for us and the room was spotlessly cleaned every day. Would highly recommend this Hotel.

Nice place to visit. Lovely storic building and close to all services and public transport. Center is pretty busy. Lovely pool and terrace in the first floor. Breakfast is continental buffet, cozy and with a chocolate fountain.

This hotel has it all. Nice, comfortable room with a really good shower. Location is ideal for accessing sites in the city. And frankly, they have one of the kindest bar tenders I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The rest of the staff is outstanding as well. I would stay here again without question.
