It is situated in a very quiet area, near to many important places of interest, in a very nice building. It is ca. 100 meter from the nearest metro station, Girona. Staff is young and really kind and helpful! It is comfortable and nice to live here. Kitchen and dining-room can be used 24 hours. You can prepare your own...

It's a clean, modern and beautiful Hostel. The employees are very friendly and will help you with everything. Breakfast is free and every 2nd day there is a special night (tapas, Sangria, Paella,...) at the Hostel for free. Great! Totally worth it to stay there!

This place is better than advertised. They have free or super cheap meals and events every night, people are super friendly you don't even understand!!! Amazing. Bring ear plugs just like any other hostel, otherwise, you will have the time of your life. No real food supplied though, but who cares, TRY SPANISH RESTAURANTS FOOL.

The location, staff and team of in-house volunteers really make this place. But sadly, this does not make up for the least-possible-offering-for-your-euro approach. Rooms are overcrowded with no storage area for luggage, beds are terrible with mattresses ripe for the garbage, the tiny lockers available by the reception fit little more than a laptop and a purse, the small kitchen...

We had never stay in a hostel in all our years of travelling and this experience changed our mind set forever. The main demographic guests for this place is between 20'S and 30's so we were in the minority (50's+). But we were not the only odd one during our stay. The wonderful staff had organised many activities for their...

We stayed here in February 2016, wanted something cheap and cheerful and thats exactly what we got. We arrived late in the evening however were greeted by 2 extremely friendly members of staff ! There is a lift in the building which is very useful when having suitcases and bags. We had a double room that was facing the inside...

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
