The one person room was fine. Nothing special but exactly what is to be expected for the price paid. The location is very good, in the center but quiet with all kinds of shops, bike rent, bars and restaurants close by. Also the free wifi was excellent.

We couldn't be more positive about our three day stay at Guesthouse Barcelona Gotic. Jordi and all the staff were extremely helpful with all of our questions including directions, and any other information we sought. The shared bathroom was spacious and clean, our room was clean and perfect. Their location in the Gotic district made for easy walking to nearby...

Comfortable accommodation, well connected and in a good location. Dear staff. We have been offered an accommodation with en-suite for the price of one with shared bathroom. Good breakfast for the price of 3 € per person

The location is central and well accessible to the main tourist spots like ramblas and barcaloneta. The hotel was excellent, clean, spacious, staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Bathroom was clean and spacious too. Value for money and definitely recommended

This hostel is in the gothic area which is a central area and is bordered by cuitat vella with is the main centre of Barcelona. It's a short walk from famous sights like Las Ramblas. If you're getting a private single room you have to share a bathroom but it's all very clean and decent. Walls are a bit thin...

Incredibly friendly staff, very clean, very artsy, perfect location. More of a hotel than hostel. Rooms cleaned every day and fresh towels given. Incredible value for money. Got upgraded to private en suite free of charge despite booking shared bathroom. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to all- young people and families alike

Nice clean room. Too cold and noisy though. It's as if the party teens are barfing on your ears... Breakfast a bit to simple and no fresh bread/croissants (all plastic wrapped) and paid for; all of this for over € 50/night on low season. Cosy and well located but not worth the money...

the location of the guesthouse is ideal if you want to be centrally based - its a 5 minute walk to las Ramblas, 10 minutes to the beach and from the metro stations nearby you can get to all the major attractions. The room we were given was better than we expected - the room was cleaned daily and fresh...

Good location for walking around centre; not so good for metro or car. Extremely nice staff and decent room even though walls were thin and we had noisy neighbours. But good value and a positive experience overall.
