Stayed overnight en route to a cruise. Excellent communication from hotel with booking to ensure good directions for taxi drivers. Location isn't totally obvious from the street and you have to ring the bell at the front door of what used to be apartments. Once...More
It was very nice for being a hostal, it could have been a hotell! Very nice and clean rooms and the reception was open late for us as we arrived very late to Barcelona. It was quiet in a nice nabourhood. Easy access from metro.
Stayed 3 nights in the end of may. Location is good next to the bus and metro station Hospital Clinic. Great staff, small but cozy and clean room. The bed was uncomfortable and a bit small for two, but we were too tired every evening...More

This is a nice place. Awesome location. It has everything you need. Private bathroom, our room was cleaned daily, and a friendly staff. Only downfall is it didn't have a mini fridge. Can't beat the price for the location and cleanliness.

Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best
exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
