What can i say about this place. I’m a regular and there’s a reason why. It’s cosy, humble yet high end and classy. The level of service is above and beyond any 5 star hotel i’ve ever stayed at. Globally! Every single staff member went way above regular duties to help me with my many unusual requests. Including confirming hospital appointments for me and subsequent follow ups. All done with a smile and happy spirit. The staff make the hotel what it is. Without them, it’s your regular standard European 4* hotel. Perfect location, room with couch is great size. Toilet amenities are fab. I can keep going and going….but go see for yourself. Thank you for a wonderful stay and see you in a few months for my next trip.

Myself and 16 other staff members stayed here in late May and the level of hospitality and experience was unmatched. All of the staff were readily available to take care of our needs from the moment we signed a group contract to even after we've checked out. Irene and her team were exceptional. The hotel itself was clean and had all amenities we needed for a 5 day stay. The location was central and a metro station was within a 2 minute walk from the hotel doors. Would highly recommend if traveling to Barcelona, Spain.

Close to everything we needed, including La Rambla and the Hop On/Hop Off busses, this hotel couldn't have been in a better location. Clean. Safe. We had a large handicapped room with two beds and a veranda. Breakfast and dinner were good. Staff was exceedingly friendly.

Shame on me for taking so long to write this review. This is a very good hotel and very well located. We had a great room even though facing the street (which was nice) it was quiet. The public areas are very comfortable and inviting and I enjoyed the breakfasts we had there and there is a nice little courtyard when the weather is fine. If I recall there is a roof terrace but I think it was undergoing renovation or something so couldn’t go there. Definitely will want to see that next time. I found the staff really friendly and accommodating and the overall ambience was relaxed and pretty cool actually. It is located really well. It’s hard to imagine a better located hotel in Barcelona from a transport perspective the coach to the airport terminus is a few hundred metres away and it’s not far from, well sort of everything. I will definitely use this hotel if I go to Barcelona again soon.

Wonderful food and lovely courtyard location in which to eat it. A real gem of a place and the set lunchtime menu is very good value for money. Staff very attentive and pork dish superb. The starters and desserts were also good too - all our party very impressed

Beautiful modern hotel with comfortable rooms and very helpful staff. Fantastic location on a quiet side street at the top of La Rambla with taxis, metro, buses, shops and cafes outside. Room had a small balcony and a coffee maker. Delicious, healthy breakfast. The roof terrace was closed but the bar lounge was excellent. Highly recommended!

Every one of the staff we met with, from the very first moment we entered the hotel, were courteous, warm, helpful and really generous with their time. Each of us (Family of five - two adult, one youth, two kids) were made to feel important and welcome all through our four day stay. The location of the hotel is so good, so central, that the principle tourist locations are within easy walking distance. The design of the hotel building and its interiors is so exquisite, and the spaces are so beautifully designed and lit, that you can immediately feel the personality of the hotel when you arrive at the front door.

Room Tip: For sure try the tapas in the hotel once you settle in. Beautiful food - especially the croquettes.

The hotel is beautifully decorated. The breakfast was really good with lots of selection and I especially loved the fresh smoothie juices made each morning. The staff are so friendly and helpful, especially the front desk team who all smiled and said 'hello' or 'goodbye' whenever you were coming or going. The room was lovely and had everything you needed - Netflix on the TV was a great addition! The only negative thing I would say is I had a room on the street side of the hotel and it was very noisy at night with drunk people shouting as the windows are quite thin, they could do with some more sound proofing. Will definitely be returning next time we're in Barcelona though!

The Hotel Pulitzer was the perfect home base for 6 night stay in Barcelona. The staff is friendly, helpful and unpretentious. The accommodations were comfortable, clean and stylish. The included breakfast was delicious, fresh and the best we have had in a European hotel. The bar in the hotel serves delicious drinks and foods in an attractive setting.

My first visit to Barcelona and I’m glad I picked this hotel as my base. I felt I was right in the middle of where I needed to be, wither that was being lost in the cobbled streets of the gothic quarter or visiting all the Gaudi creations in Eixample and beyond or overspending in all the shops on offer (practically on the doorstep), it was perfectly located. The hotel itself, from the public areas to my fabulous room were spotlessly clean, beautifully presented and incredibly comfortable. I was out like a light every night my head it that pillow, the bed was so comfy. The staff were the cherry on top!! Everyone I spoke to was super friendly and helpful. They even recognised it was my birthday whilst staying there and sent the most delicious brownies up to my room, such a thoughtful touch and most welcome after a hard day of sightseeing!! Can’t recommend this hotel enough!! I had the perfect stay.
