Hotel has nice design elements and location is great. In my opinion the room was a bit small for a 5 star hotel. Did not have the feeling that staff was very welcoming or helpful - Marriott status was more or less completely ignored, hotel facilities were not introduced or explained. Also requested late check-out approx. 5 times over the weekend, which staff did not seem keen on offering and refused to confirm until I myself called the reception 10 minutes prior to actual check-out time. Spa facilities are nice but one has to make an "appointment" to use sauna and pool, which, as many other things, staff did not tell us. In total the experience was OK, which in my opinion is not enough for a 5 star hotel...

I was in Barcelona very often but the first time in Sir Victor. It was a dream! Awesome location, you can reach everything by walking. Great staff (Front Desk, Housekeeping, Breakfast, Restaurant and Spa), very helpful and friendly! The Breakfast was so delicious ♡ I really loved egg florentine and the sliced tomatoes with olive oil on bread. They're small prepared "veggie" breads - so good! The set up for breakfast were awesome and really cool idea with selfmade juices and fruits! Massage was really stress released. The room was big and comfortable! The bed - I loved it! All Hotels from Sirclecollection have so good beds! On arrival day I made a long "siesta". For sure I will come again :)

This hotel was charming and warmly inviting! The neighborhood was full of designer boutiques! The staff was friendly and helpful and the food was delicious! Everything about this 5 day stay was outstanding .we would recommend a visit here!

We had a 5 night stay at the Sir Victor a few weeks ago. The hotel was fantastic - great lobby area (super clean with a fun pool table), cava offered upon arrival (yes please), excellent breakfast options (from quick coffee to full buffet), and an epic rooftop pool/bar/restaurant which overlooks Casa Mila. The location was great, an easy walk to most of the 'hot spots' to see. Everyone was friendly and kind and offered excellent advice when asked. We didn't use it, but the hotel has a very good gym for guest use. Room: While the bed was comfortable and we had a 'balcony', out view backed up to other apartment buildings and wasn't much of a 'view' at all. That said, the room had a great shade system with options of 'filtered light' and 'blackout'. The bathroom setup was a little odd - loved the separate toilet closet, but you had to walk through the bedroom to get to the sink/shower bathroom to wash your hands. It had a great desk area and a sitting area. I would absolutely stay again and will definitely research the 'Sir' brand of hotels for other locations.…

Fantastic location. I stayed with my daughter and hotel gave us surprise birthday gift very thoughtful and It was wonderful experience. Only ask is bathrobe somehow people expect normal white thick robe.

Staff were incredibly helpful and warm Bed was extremely comfortable Cleaning was exceptional Restaurant was beyond, and atmosphere at the rooftop bar was joyful with great views of the city. I was there for 8 nights and didn’t want to leave.

We just came back from Spain after our first visit to BCN and Madrid for the first time. We stayed here for five days. The hotel located right at the corner of the high-end shopping street If you want to splurge then this hotel is your home. Starbucks is around the corner if you care. We love the blackout room with good view of the street & glass bottles of water instead of plastic. The hotel is modern and we love the big bar in the lobby. Breakfast starts daily from 7:30 am, 8am on the weekend, serving the same food with limited choices. Don't include breakfast in your booking if you book an early tour or arrive after 11 am. We didn't think of that when we booked our flights so we missed the first day when we checked in around 6pm. Everyone was nice and professional. We had drinks and food on the rooftop on our first night and they were good. We didn't get a chance to try the main restaurant but we happened to be there on the weekend that they had a club night so it was fun to join as hotel guests and people watching. After all, we had a good time staying there and enjoyed the beautiful city. …

Great location and neighborhood however the rooms are lacking. Bathroom door could not close as it was off the track, basin did not drain well, awkward furniture with no side table/plugs. Told management and no recognition of discomfort caused by issues. Not a 5 star room worth the price.

I booked through the Marriott app as a titanium elite member. At the reception at the check in they told us that unfortunately is not possible to get a room upgrade but the breakfast will be complementary. At the check out another receptionist charged almost 200 euro for the 2 days breakfast. I asked the supervisor, but he repeat the same story. Well, i will get in contact this days with Marriott directly to clear up this matter. Anyway, not a 5 stars level service Hotel. Really disappointing the way how they behave with the guests! What a shame!
