Stayed in a junior suite room which was quite tired looking. However, the room did its purpose and the view was nice. The check in procedure was confusing and the staff throughout the stay seemed cold, verging on rude. During the stay, I found myself having to go to the reception numerous times to ask information as this wasn't provided during check in. The "privilege" lounge was hidden away and to be honest wasn't worth the money. The food offering was very poor with stale sandwiches and cakes like bricks. It is a real shame because the lounge offering could be something good, however if I was to return to the hotel, I would think twice about doing so. Overall, the hotel is clean and does its job with the metro being 5 mins walk away, ideal for sightseeing.

From the moment you stepped in to the hotel - service with a smile, and a lovely glass of Cava once you had signed in! A very elegant hotel with beautiful public rooms and very nice seating areas. Stayed here as part of a British Airways City Break, and you could not wish for more. One afternoon, we ordered a pint and a coffee - it came with a cake and a glass of water to go with the coffee, and a dish of assorted nuts with the beer. The room - 306- overlooked the square and was so well equipped. Everything in the bathroom from hair and shower gel, to a comb and toothbrush kit. The room had lots of storage space and a huge bed - really lovely! All the staff were so friendly - thank you. The breakfast room - never seen one so well equipped. Continental breakfast, cooked breakfast, cereals, cakes, coffee machine, smoothies, 6 types of juice, and Cava! - Brilliant! The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Bogatell metro station on the yellow line, and a 10 minute walk to the sea front with the promenade lined by palm trees. To get to the hotel - Aerobus from the airport to Place de Cataluna then the metro. An excellent hotel! Thank you H10 Marina.

Just returned from a 4 night stay in one of the junior suites! The room was lovely and spacious and the view was fantastic! The room was in need of some maintenance (EG broken laminate flooring) and the bathroom space had been compromised for the size of the living space, but it was big enough for the 2 of us. The spa was lovely and much appreciated after walking miles and miles every day 😃. Hotel is in a good location, (30 min non stop walk) to La Rambla, it was a lovely walk through the streets and we would stop for refreshments at the local bars enroute. Roof top pool was stunning, again with great views! The only disappointment was the bar on the roof was not open during the day or in the evening because it's winter months. However, as you walk through Barcelona you see lots of roof top bars still open and they looked amazing all lit up at night! The junior suite came with privilege perks - one being a privilege room near the bar and you could help yourself to free drinks and snacks. There wasn't any background music or anything though so it was awkwardly silent ha! We ended up setting in the bar and paying for drinks instead (you're not allowed to take drinks out that room). Good choices for breakfast but the "hot" options like eggs and beans were cold - the hot plate they were on was barely warm. We found ALL staff to be friendly and offered great service. Masks are mandatory in Barcelona in all indoor spaces and public transport, and mandatory means exactly that! We didn't see a single person not wearing one. We didn't mind this at all because you can see from the Covid cases in Spain compared to England, that masks are beneficial!

The staff here are very knowledgeable and friendly. Depending on your needs, it is a 30-minute walk (tourist speed) to Las Ramblas, under 10 Euro by taxi. Breakfast is not included, but there is a Coffee shop nearby.

I have stayed before at the H10 in the port which was really nice, however it was full this week so we decided to stay at the Marina. The hotel itself is a 10 min cab to the centre or a 30 minute walk and a 15 minute walk to the port. The area itself is more residential and there is a nice view in the higher up rooms from the back of the hotel, the front rooms look over a square. The service was very good and the staff are really helpful. The upstairs pool area is very nice, however not a lot of shade so quite hot during the day. There is a small gym which was fine for the few days we were here. The only gripe was the breakfast which, although had a good selection, the hot dishes were cold, however this could have been an isolated issue.
