We were so disappointed with the hotel. The photos do not look like the rooms and our room was one of the internal ones (no window). The bathroom things that were free had already been used and the comb had hairs on it. We took a replacement one and that too had hairs on it. Breakfast was nothing special and... More

The best location if you will spend all day experiencing the town. Nice staff but very small rooms and very noisy. Boring bar so no place to gather a group of 20. Breakfast adequate but you had to assist the staff to fill up the buffet, fruits, hot water etc. good rates though but not a romantic hotel for couples.

I regret that the bar seems boring. We will value. In terms of capacity can fit more than 20 people. In fact there are many groups who use that space to congregate . Also we have meeting rooms. The rooms have standard sizes and the windows double glass for the noise. We have also quite rooms in the back side.... More

The hotel's location close to Rambla de Catalunya makes it a great starting point for exploring, shopping and restaurants. We were short on time, so we paid for location rather than comfort. Don't expect too comfy beds, and with Arago outside the window it could get a bit noisy. Helpful staff. We didn't bother with the breakfasts, as they were... More

I would never recommend this hotel to anybody. Our things (mobile phone, money, my wife's golden earrings) have been stolen from the room. They did not want to show us records of people who entered into our room because as they say it is an "internal" thing. And after that they expect me to believe them when they say that... More

I regret the possible inconvenience during their stay in Barcelona. We were told what happened to his departure even though it was Sunday. The audit of the lock as we already told you input consists only person cleaning and guest. The cleaning lady has long been working with us and we have never had any incident. More

I was very surprise (in bad sense) from the very beginning with the service that we (me and my girlfriend) face with from first minute. We came by the midnight to the hotel and expect for quick and high quality service. But receptionist decides that is way more important to talk with security guy and call to somebody via phone.... This hotel benefits from a fantastic location and great rooms since the hotel was recently refurbished. That being said, we got an interior room and it was incredibly hot for being November (we even had to leave the air-con on all night long!). And yes, we could have probably go and ask for a room change, but honestly you do... More

Please send us your experiences. I regret the possible inconvenience with wifi. The password delivery is made for the entire stay of the client. What can happen is that a few minutes later with connection since the entry is made, the customer record. My sincerest apologies for the print that caused the reception. Don't expect luxury, great views or other high-end nonsense. It's a great place to sleep, very quiet (save for hallway noise), very clean with basic amenities and a adequate breakfast buffet. Location is key: close to Catalonia Square, 24-hour supermarket just around the corner, close to Passeig de Gràcia and all its transportation. Wheelchair-bound people and handicapped folks: watch out,... More

I stayed at the HCC Taber for 3 nights after finishing a bus tour. I moved to this hotel from the HCC Moritz which is affiliated with the Taber. Anyway, the HCC Taber was a little less expensive so moving for 3 nights was beneficial. I was not disappointed. In fact, I lucked out and had a small clean room... More

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
