Stayed here for three nights in the beginning of April. The service at the reception was usually pretty good, some of the staff was naturally better service-minded than others, but I have no complaints about the service they provided. My room was clean, linens and towels were spotless and the bathroom was spotless. My only issue with the room was...

Great location for exploring Barcelona Hotel staff very friendly and helpful Our room was spacious and clean with linen and towels changed daily. Breakfast was plentiful and regularly topped up - continental Lovely bar area but limited on what was available My only reservation about rebooking would be the fact that there is no air on in March and whilst...

The hotel is in a brilliant location, right by Catalyna Square, and only 2 minutes from Las Ramblas! The hotel itself isn't anything special. However, it is clean, spacious and for the location great value. The breakfast had a good selection and set you up for the day of sight seeing! Overall I would recommend this hotel, if you're looking...

Stayed 1night prior to a cruise. Staff friendly and helpful especially with language difference. Room small. But comfy. Clean. Updated. Great area. Lots of little cafes. Restaurants. Near many site seeing areas. Great market(farmers) with so many fresh options. Meats, cheeses, breads. Friendly people. Little cafes to have a taste of fresh pastries.

Spent 3 nights at this hotel during our Europe trip. First impressions- very impressive. Clean and nice reception area, friendly staff. We had a basic double room. The room was simple and comfortable, very spacious with a great bathroom. The only negative: the WIFI was absolutely horrendous. Great signal strength but was extremely slow. This may not be a huge...

We stayed in this hotel from Thursday to Sunday. Very satisfying location, just a couple of minutes walk to the old, gothic city. The staff was friendly and serviceminded. Breakfast was abundant - a lot of different kinds of food to choose from. The rooms were ok, too, but the soundproofing could have been better.

Helpfulness of staff depended entirely on which member of staff was on duty in reception. Half were very friendly and helpful. Half were surly and inpatient. Hotel was spotlessly clean but our room smelt musty which we soon discovered was the blocked shower which flooded our bathroom the first time we used it. When we reported the shower problem someone...

Clean and comfy room. Great shower, water pressure and temperature, adequate. Breakfast is included and it's yummy. Very good location, in the heart of the barrio gotica. Walking distance to many of the tourists' "must sees". I would come back.
