Right in the heart of the city, near the Rambla. Andante is a minimalistic hotel with nice spacious rooms. Very clean. The crew is really kind and helpful. There is a stunning view at the rooftop with an infinity pool. The hotel has no restaurant/bar (breakfast only) but there is a nice lobby with vending machines/coffee machine. Overall very satisfied!

I visited Andante during August and I was living In a beautiful room with a view on the port. The service was great especially Albert was really attentive and he gave us great tips for the city. Good value for money and the breakfast was a bit expensive it was worth it.

This hotel is great! Nice clean rooms, not too small with a nice shower. The hotel staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is just right. There is a pool on the top floor of the hotel with the most incredible view! They also have a gym. The only small downside is I wish there were more blankets and...

Nothing pretentious here - just an honest, friendly and clean base for business or leisure. Breakfast served on site, but no other food options. However, with a cafe and restaurant in the street, and easy access to La Rambla a 5 minute walk away, getting out and about is easy and recommended. Very clean, comfortable room (mine had a shower/bath)...

Hotel is quite hidden, if I was not staying here I wouldn't notice it here maybe. However to get inside you need to ring a bell or uae your card which is good security idea. Room was nice, clean, but basic. Beds were very simple, not staying at same position. Best point is top floor pool with picturesque view on...

The hotel is super modern... clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great but $12 per person... loved it but for the same price the three of us ate breakfast at a cafe 1 block away. The staff is friendly and very willing to assist with directions and recommendations. It's within walking distance from several touristic areas. Wifi... needs to be...

We stayed for 3 nights and found the hotel was in a perfect spot for all the main transport links and attractions. We took the airport bus to Placa Espanya then the metro, paralel and Dressanes are only a few mins walk from the hotel. Only a few mins walk to La Ramblas or just a little further into the...

This was a lovely room in an eco-friendly hotel near the base of Las Ramblas, down the street from the wonderful Maritime Museum, and near the harbor as well. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom very modern and well-designed, and the rooftop deck absolutely amazing. Very reasonably priced for the quality and location.

We booked 4 nights at the Andante Hotel and we had a wunderfull time. A very nice, quiet and clean room at the upper level, with overlooking the Harbor (a piece of it). We enjoyed our Breakfest every morning. The Staff were always friendly and courteous. We had a 5 min. walk to the La Rambla with lots of Restaurants...

Staying in El Raval

Neighborhood Profile
El Raval
Once a downtrodden corner of downtown Barcelona, this gritty area has seen a cultural resurgence boasting an excellent nightlife and one of the most multi ethnic spots in the entire city. A sense of humble authenticity protrudes from the many independent record stores, second hand shops, and student bars that seem to light up the streets day and night. The rocking epicenter, the MACBA Plaça, is a modern day forum for bohemian youth, abuzz with the sights and sounds of late-night gatherings and talented skateboarders showing off their latest tricks.
