Stayed here for two nights and it was great. The hotels basic but really clean and looks as though it’s just been renovated. There was a bit of noise to be heard but we were able to sleep through it. The staff were really helpful when helping us to get around. Close to the metro which is great and we walked to the football game as it was close enough too. Great stay would definitely be back.

I stayed 5 nights on a bussiness trip. The subway station is not far away (5 minute walk on a very nice and safe neighborhood). Reasonable price. Bathrooms are recently refurbished but kinda smell funny though. Rooms are clean. Cabs are readily available in the street below. Rooms need soundproffing, noise from other guest can be easily noticed, but ist quiet overall.. Corte Ingles, L´Illa mall and many office buildings nearby.

Nice hotel situated in a beautiful suburb of Barcelona. Lovely bakeries, coffee shops and eateries on the doorstep. Really close to the metro and good transportation links. The room and bathroom was spotless and cleaned to a high standard. Reception staff were a little old fashioned at times. Had to hand the key in and out. The only negative about the hotel is that the walls are so thin. I really struggled to sleep. You can hear the person above you moving around and showering etc. All said a good family run hotel for the price.

Worst experience, I booked this hotel for 4 days trip to Barcelona and they charged me on several things which were not mentioned in my booking. 1. I had a staff at reception to pay 3 euros for one small water bottle , they over charged for 2 small bottles(please buy or bring your own water bottle if you plan to book this hotel) 2. heating doesnt work and inspite repeatedly complaining no one bothered to look in to the issue 3. very noisy and there is some issues with the water tank(there always a disturbing noise when some one flushes out toilet in the same floor or above floor) I struggled to sleep... 4. the reception when they book taxi for you to airport they will never tell you hidden charges involved and today the taxi charged me 10 euros extra citing reasons that hotel telephoned taxi company and i have to pay those charges. I am currently a student and this unnecessary expenses have made me really weep this morning 5. please kindly beware of this hidden tactics especially with this hotel and i will book this hotel or recommend to anyone.

Dear Ms. Kalyani, Fortunatelly our hotel does not have customers with such a bizarre behavior like you . We were waiting your complain ( as you said to our reception desk) and we are willing to explain the truth. You went to our buffet breakfast in the morning , you ate your breakfast and you pretended that breakfast wasn´t charged to your room. In addition you took some drinks from the minibar and you did not want to pay neither for those drinks drinked . Concerning the bottles of water , our reception manager gave you for free 1 botte of water. We understant you are a student as you say , but here there are not hidden costs . You just need to read the cost of breakfast if you take it , drinks if you drink it . So it is no very difficult to understand , otherwise you should have asked before in case of any doubt . About your problem with the taxi, there is a fee to go to the Airport. But again , it looks as if you are using services that afterwards you don´t want to pay . So please avoid to complain next time or inform you first about what is included or not . I personally remain at your disposal for any matter you would like to discuss. Regards, Anna .
