The photos do not accurately reflect the quality of the accommodation. The emails from them about checkin are aggressive in tone. The owner was impolite and unapologetic when we were dissappointed with the room. The entrance to the he apartment was a building site full of decorating supplies. There was a smell of paint and damp within our room. The...

Nice cosy place. Very beautiful terace, but unfortunately not very much in use at the time of our visit. Sometime in the future there will be also an elevator (still under construction). Clean rooms and shared bathrooms. Nice view form the balcony or the terrace.

The worst experience in my life. Old building, dirty rooms and towels. My flight was in late, I had to sleep on the beach because nobody was available for the check-in. Check-in is only by appointment,so you can not leave your luggage after check-out. Don't waste your money, choose another hotel

I love this place. Quiet and not far from city. Easily accessible to metro and near the bus terminal. They also have a rooftop garden with a small kitchen. You may want to have a sunbath session with bit of wine.

First of all this was not a proper legal accomodation service. We had to accept 15euro for late checkin. When we wait for Davide Rosielo to arrive , he directly asked money. we gave money and he gave key. we wanted to see room together but he ran away. we understand later why he had ran. Even we were so...

Practically you can not sleep, rest, eat, have a normal shower or to sit down at a proper table. The walls are panels, paperthin>you could hear everything. People were walking by a few meters away to go the shared bathroom, opening, closing squeaky doors. I slept 3hours. Shower was poor quality, difficult to set the desired temperature+ and the temperature...

Good place to stay for large groups, rooms are simple and a mixture of shared and private bathrooms which where are nice and clean. There where fans in rooms, plenty of plug sockets and free wifi. We had a room at the front of the 4th floor and had a great view of the arc de Triomf from our balcony....

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
