Couldn't have asked for better. Clean, comfortable, huge bathroom, great location, safe and welcoming. Unfortunately, our brief stay didn't offer us the chance to visit the rooftop pool or restaurant, but drink vouchers were given at check-in, which was a nice touch. There were a couple of meal charges added to our bill that weren't ours, but they were removed with no issue. Overall we found the hotel to be in a very walkable location, though there is transit nearby, too. Would recommend!

It was my second time staying at Condes de Barcelona. First time we loved it, we had the best experience, incredible room and incredible staff. This time it was very disappointing, when we got in the room the AC didn’t work, at night there was a terrible noise like if it was a broken pipeline and water running all over, the shower was clogged so water was all over the room. First time we got a nespresso machine, this time a horrible coffee maker. Although the staff was very nice with us and with my baby, I would never come back again.

I visited Barcelona with family and we had the most amazing stay here. Our flight was delayed 3 times so by the time we finally got here we were exhausted. We were met with the kindest staff from the moment we arrived. They unloaded our luggage straight from the curb and we had a quick and lovely check in. We got great recommendations from the concierge on where to eat and they gifted us a coupon for their rooftop bar (which had amazing food and drinks). They even made a reservations for us so we wouldn't have to wait at the restaurants we visited. Our room was cleaned daily and they provided fresh water and juice everyday for free in the room. We opted in for the breakfast and they always had a variety of options and it was pretty tasty. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay and were always extremely kind to us. They truly made our visit to Barcelona unforgettable and we are even planning a trip back to Spain just to stay here again. 10/10 would definitely recommend!…

Great location, very friendly staff, enjoyed sipping on a Bacardi and Cola on the rooftop with spectacular view, and the director, Raimon, was very friendly and professionally and really led by example because he was attentive to any detail in the hotel.

The location of this hotel is amazing, in a busy area with high-end shopping, very safe and easy to walk to everything, the staff was super friendly, went above and beyond at every opportunity. The rooms are great - we got one with a little balcony, and you can see Dali's famous "La Pedrera" building from the balcony! The breakfast buffet was spectacular. If you are planning a vacation to Barcelona, like we did, I highly recommend this place.

From the time we entered the Hotel we were impressed. staff were very helpful, room was clean, bathroom was good, plenty of free water provided, breakfast was good, location of hotel was excellent and a bonus having a roof top bar which had a nice view of the main street with good food and drinks.

I can not say enough about the hotel. From the moment our taxi pulled up when we checked in until we left on checkout everyone was amazing! The staff were all incredibly friendly. We asked for recommendations for dinner and within 5 minutes a reservation was made for us. The rooftop bar has great drinks and unbelievable views. Although small, the pool offered a place to cool off after a very hot day touring the city. I’ve read reviews of Barcelona saying that tourists should be very careful. The neighborhood where the hotel is located felt very safe. I actually would have allowed my teenage children to walk for a snack if they wanted. I will absolutely recommend Hotel Condes de Barcelona to anyone!

Reasons why we would 100% recommend and come back to this hotel: - the staff were incredibly friendly, efficient and professional. Each time you enter and leave the hotel there’s a staff member to open the door for you. When we left and needed a taxi, they promptly took all our luggage, walked out to the street, hailed a taxi, then put out bags in for us. We’ve stayed at many hotels before and never received this level of care and service. Additionally, their English is perfect, so as non-Spanish/Catalan speakers, we found the whole experience easy - there’s a rooftop pool! Perfect for a warm day, and you can order drinks and snacks up there - there’s a restaurant/bar that serves incredible local cuisine - our room had a terrace with some chairs and a table, as well as two deck chairs. This was the first time I had gone on holidays with just myself and my 15 year old daughter. As a result I was a bit apprehensive but this hotel was fantastic! Our room was available “early” hours before the official check in time! We arrived in a hot mess after walking the extremely hot streets of Barcelona (heat wave) pulling our suitcases and so arrived sweaty, messy hair, not in bets of moods. Yet we where greeted professionally and warmly by the reception staff. Check in only took a few minutes and Before I knew it we where in our air conditioned room. It’s the “small things” that make a great stay! This hotel is excellent at these “small things” that truly made us feel happy/welcomed. For example, our room ALREADY had the air conditioning switched on before we entered the room as a result the room was lovely and cool. There was water and juice in the room mini bar which was “included” in the price of the room. So we had instant access to cold water/juice for free! The room had lots of towels in the bathroom! The room was very quiet (even though our view was of the street) I think the rooms must be soundproof as we heard no noise at all and we stayed on a busy Friday-Saturday. There is a free rooftop pool that is a good size and has towels freely available. I thought the pool would be “full” but it was never full and instead it was a relaxing space that only every contained one other couple and myself and daughter. We also used the roof top bar, no need to wait in line as front row chairs instantly available, with fantastic views. The young lady who served us was very sweet and we enjoyed our drinks and views. The area the hotel is situated in felt very safe, it is surrounded by high end shops and there are plenty of places to find something to eat. All of the staff we encountered in the hotel where very polite, friendly and professional at all times. This is a modern hotel, with fantastic service and fantastic facilities. It is excellent value for a hotel in Barcelona and I would definitely stay here again!…
