Fantastic hotel, excellent location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, spacious room and large bathroom with double vanities, not forgetting the incredible scent you are greeted with in the hotel lobby! This is by far one of the best hotels I've ever been to!

I have stayed at the hotel twice and found it to be excellent both trips. Rooms are small, but the bathroom is surprisingly big with a generous shower. Beds are very comfortable. The location is the hotel's best asset. Paseo de Gracia is a beautiful, safe street full of high-end shops and restaurants. It is a nice walk to the...

This hotel looks from outside like a very old building but inside it is a completely modern hotel. Very good location, excellent service. Do not miss the breakfast and a visit to the upper floor bar with the excellent view of La Pedrera

This hotel was indeed well impressive. The staff were beyond helpful & always very friendly regardless of how busy they were at the time. Our room was spotless & any particularly day you wanted a extra lay in then the cleaning staff would not only come back later, even well late into the evening but they went above & beyond...

A good place in the middle of Barcelona. Not far to anything. And Paseo de Gracia is a lively street with a lot of shopping possibilities. The hotel is in a sort of modern style. The rooms either has a view or they are with windows into the inner big hall and elevators and you have to draw curtains for...

The location between Graciá and the historic area was perfect. Everything was very walkable, but cabs were very easy to catch as well. If you're going to shop, you're on the right street. The bathroom was large by European standards and the room was functional. Breakfast included both hot and cold items.

Very central... a walking distance from everywhere! A special remark to the rooftop, nice bar and a very nice view... Pedrera, Sagrada Familia,... The rooms were cosy. Not very spacious but nice. The breakfast was the less good point in this place.

We stayed for two nights at the Condes De Barcelona before we boarded our cruise ship. This is an excellent hotel with a terrific view of Paseo de Gracia, clean room, great balcony, good security system, and a great bar on the roof. It is in a fantastic location, and we were so thankful that our travel agent recommended it....

We have stayed here several times and will stay here also next time we visit Barcelona. The location on Paseo de Gracia is superb and Cervecería Catalana is a block away. The hotel is relatively small, modern in decor and the rooms are very well appointed. The shower alone is worth a visit.

We stayed one day/night at the Condes Barcelona before boarding a cruise ship. Although our stay was short it was memorable. Couldn't have asked for a better location. Interesting architecture all around. The amenities in the hotel were pleasing. Robes, slippers, combs, toothbrushes, razors, and much more. The bathroom was spacious and the shower oversized. They got us a cab...

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.

“Our friends had a room overlooking the main street which was noisy at night. We had a room overlooking a side street and it was very quiet.”

“Although the restaurant attached to the hotel is quite expensive (especially breakfast) the cost, quality and quantity of the room service evening menu was excellent. Would recommend that the additional 20 euros per room for 'breakfast included' is a sound investment even though the extent of the 'cooked' offering was limited.”
