We have just returned from a three night stay here. We had a good deal online and stayed in a double room and daughter stayed in a single.

My boyfriend and I were staying there for 7 nights now, and in order to explore Barcelona and it's surroundings - we had luck to have good staff at the hotel, perfect location and pleasant equipped room.

Pre booked 3 nights.
Staff were nice and the lady who checked us in was super friendly and helpful.
The rooms were okay in size but in desperate need of a makeover.
The bathroom was dirty with mould in the shower and grout.
The hotel is very central. The location is perfect, You can almost go everywhere by foot is you like walking. The room is ok. The breakfast should be upgraded as it was very poor compared to the price.

The labyrinth that is El Born becomes most apparent the moment you turn down one of its side streets. But this is one of the few labyrinths you might actually enjoy losing your way in. After all, there are few places that live and breathe such exciting energy regardless of the time of day. This neighborhood seamlessly transcends the old and new parts of the city, reflected in its vast array of restaurants
ranging from fancy Michelin-star establishments to trendy fusion restaurants. Here you'll find historical and cultural attractions such as the popular Picasso Museum and the Gothic cathedral La Santa Maria del Mar, where you just might be able to catch a traditional Catalan wedding.
Same opinion, one addition. The mentioned IT room can only be reached by passing the reception and main door often stays closed (the receptionist opens from indside), so all in all it's rather secure I think.

"Some rooms may be overlooking the busy street so I would suggest to avoid that."
