Quite often, designer and friendly are worlds apart, but not here. From the moment you arrive you are greeted with smiles. Patricia and the fellas are genuine nice people and nothing is a bother to them. The hotel room is accessed almost directly from the elevator and seems almost space age with all the swipe sliding doors etc. Everything is as the name says, mirrored, although the room is a nice mix of white padding, white glass and mirrors which at least prevents you thinking the room is full of people who look like you and your other half. Scary!
Rooms clean altho being white perhaps a little tired in places and more noticable because of the colour. Bed comfy and a wonderful multi jet walkin shower. The area is nice and quiet as well yet only a 10 minute stroll to the main shopping areas.
Excellent and great value for money. Recommend.

This hotel is a gem. Stunning clean white and mirrored decor, super comfortable and quiet rooms and attentive staff. Location is convenient to good local restaurants and tapas bars and staff are very knowledgeable of area.

Excellent location, friendly staff, and great breakfast. The hotel is a boutique hotel with a very modern touch. The hotel is designed around mirrors.
The employees are helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean. I didn't give then 5 starts for basics things that a hotel of this category should have.
The rooms do not have enough outlets and only one USB port to charge electronic devices. The rooms do not have an iron and coffee maker. Also, there are no extra pillows and blankets.

We were extremely disappointed.
1. We had intermittent internet, and when it was available, it was very slow.
2. Intermittent hot water on the first day and evening.
3. There was a Lipstick stained drinking glass in the accommodation; there was a recycled paper coaster for drinking glass from the previous client.
4. One of the shower heads fell off, and there was a significant amount of mold in shower heads. Hotel management stated housekeeping couldn't clean it!

Stayed here for 7 nights in August ‘23. This is now my favourite hotel in Barcelona having visited the city 5 times before.
The location is great, every single member of staff I interacted with was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful.
The room was beautiful, very modern, AC was great, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the terrace was perfect too.
The hotel itself is very cool, most of the building is made up of mirrors which makes taking the elevator and the rooms very cool.
10/10 would recommend and thank you for a great stay!

I booked this hotel a few months ago because of good reviews. Had I read the later reviews I would have gone elsewhere; I wish I had gone elsewhere.
Admitted, the design of the place is different with angels stuck to the walls, see through lift etc. but the design of the room we were in raised questions. There isn't a sink in the bathroom, it is near the bed! There is a TV in the toilet, why? We moved the bedside tables to locate electricity sockets, the grime underneath was shocking, not been cleaned for months. There was dust along the skirting along the main wall of the room. I think the cleaners are knac**red cleaning all the mirrors. Breakfasts were a disgrace. Staff acted as though you are invisible. I did put my order in for English breakfast. I was sitting 2 meters from the kitchen where food is cooked to order. My breakfast was cold, the fried eggs were hard and burnt and bacon you could sole your shoes with. The only good thing about the place was the reception staff, professional, friendly and very helpful. There has to be a better choice for the prices they charge.

This hotel failed to deliver and was definitely not what you would expect from a 4* hotel. The reception is lovely and light and the staff were helpful.
We then went to our room. The corridor is like something from a space film with its sliding doors and rather reminded me of the hospital basement where I work.
As we entered the room, the first thing that we noticed was the musty smell. The decor was all white and as expected there were floor to ceiling mirrors. The faux leather was ripped, scratched and very tatty.
The water in the sink did not run cold.
The room was superficially clean; however, there were pockets of dust around the bed and the TV remote was filthy.
The air conditioning was temperamental and didn’t work overnight. We went from fridge to oven quite quickly!
Oddly there is a TV in the toilet - was certainly not going to touch that remote!!
We checked out the ‘pool’. It was tiny - more like a plunge pool. You certainly couldn’t swim in it and its depth was only waist high. The water was an ominous murky green colour too. The surrounding Perspex was cracked and again on need of TLC.
The hotel’s location was ok. There are some lovely restaurants just a couple of streets away and a gentle 30 minute walk sees you in the heart of the hustle and bustle.
I wouldn’t go back to this hotel. It needs a thorough make-over. Not what you would expect for the price paid.

Had a wonderful stay here for my husbands birthday! The staff are all lovely, really helpful and smile all the time. Made us feel very welcome.Our room was beautiful very clean and tidy . Comfy bed had a good nights sleep especially with the black out blinds. The only thing to mention is no kettle in the room which we missed greatly as we love a cuppa before heading down for breakfast the coffee machine doesn’t cut it I’m afraid. The breakfast was delicious couldn’t fault it at all a mixture of continental and cooked breakfast. The location was very good also , we wouldn’t hesitate to return to this hotel !!!!

We’ve stayed at The Mirror Hotel for 3 nights and it was great!
Location is perfect, pretty much 30min walk to any attractions in any direction.
There is plenty of restaurants and cafés around the hotel as well.
Privileged room with a balcony was great! Hotel also has a rooftop swimming pool and sauna.
The highlight of our stay was a receptionist called Diego. He made us feel very welcome when we’ve arrived, gave us a map and highlighted the best places to go to, made recommendations and was just fantastic! His English was great.
Breakfast was really tasty with a wide selection and fresh pastries to die for.

Firstly I wanted to say that after booking this hotel on booking.com I was excited until I read the reviews… I was then very apprehensive! However all I can is I loved it!! I honestly was amazed yes the room has scratched bed frame and things but some of the reviews on here are awful!!! Now I don’t no where some of you live but I hope it’s Buckingham palace if you leave horrendous reviews over picky little things! The staff are amazing! Couldn’t do anymore for you! Ringing taxis, bringing things to your room. The location was also lovely! And I loved the style of hotel! I was amazed at whoever styled and planned this hotel because I thought it was lovely! Not all hotels are going to be treated with respect you can’t change a bed frame or rip a tile off the floor because it’s got a mark… we have just come out of covid which left a lot of business’s shut! I have seen some run down hotels due to covid I think people need to give this hotel a break’ because it is lovely! And don’t be put off by negative reviews.

Yes there is, it is diagonal station and is a 10 minute walk (we walk slow) to the mirror from the station.
Normal T10 tickets are not valid so there is a one off price from the airport of 4.60 euros per person.
The T10 tickets are a great way to get around Barcelona for all other journeys and cost 10 Euros for 10 journeys (you can get more than one person on one ticket) versus 2.50 (or 2.70) for a single journey....enjoy
