Excellent hotel. Clean. Smells beautiful throughout. Modern. Good facilities in the room.. ie decent size TV, kettle, water & fruit daily. Helpful English speaking reception staff. Nice touch on arrival with fizz, fruit & pastries. Also has a check out room to use if leaving later than check out time for freshening up before flight etc if you are making the most of the sunshine on the terrace before leaving Beautiful Barcelona. This hotel is within walking distance of tourist spots, metro station.... and the big red tourist bus...which is a must!!! Enjoy.

My wife and I recently visited Barcelona, Spain, Andorra, and France and our first hotel for this trip was the Leonardo Boutique Hotel-Sagrada Familia....We took the Metro from the airport and had about a two block walk to get to our hotel. Real easy. Upon entering we were greeted nicely and were told we would have to leave our luggage as it was early and rooms were not ready yet. We dropped off our luggage and headed down the street. About a 15 minute walk and we were right in front of the Sagrada Familia...This hotel's location could not have been better ! When we checked in we headed to our room and were delighted on how nice it was. Small but well organized and very clean. All the halls and common areas were well maintained. We then headed up to the rooftop terrace and solarium to check it out....And the views were amazing...There were lounge chairs on the solarium side and it was very comfortable and relaxing.... In fact we went to the solarium every night to sit and check out the Barcelona skyline as it lit up for sundown....It was a great spot to share a glass of wine, local Estrella Beer, and a baguette.....Perfect way to end the day..... The Leonardo Boutique Hotel-Sagrada Familia was an excellent choice for us and I am sure you will love it too.....

Very nice hotel just off La Ramblas. We were out walking on the first day of our stay in this beautiful city and my daughters phone was snatched straight out of her hand! She was walking about 15 ft behind us and last in a big group. The thieves had watched us walk by and targeted her. I just wanted to post this to let you all know and hopefully avoid the stress and wasted time in filing a police report. Hotel is in great location but you need to really careful. Only positive is it was not passports!

1. Location is good for metro and direct train line to Brcelona airport 2. Room - we had a balcony which was great but the room itself was not the biggest. The bed was huge and comfy and the cleanliness was good. The little fridge is good for keeping your drinks nice and cool. The shower once you got used to it was great and the toiletries were replenished daily. 3. Balcony - it only had one lounger so there was a daily bun fight to see who got it as the chairs were not comfy. 4. Breakfast - The usual continental choices supplemented with hot ones; however stop messing with beans they dont need herbs! The cava at breakfast was a nice touch so do it yourself bucks fizz or Belinnis were puzzled. 5. Staff- helpful and courteous at all times 6. No bar area but plenty locally Overall not a bad stay but not quite the boutique experience we were expecting and had recently experienced in Seville. Overall I would say the hotel was
