Was here just for two nights and the location is perfect! Definitely one of the nicer hostels I've stayed in. I was some how upgraded to their apartment so I had a lot more privacy than I was expecting, and space. Overall great stay.

I was really satisfied with accomodation. Stuff is really kind and professional, there was problem with light in our room when we arrived (it was 2am) and they fixed it in 5 mins. Also there is coctail bar if you want to have some drink.

My friend and I were visiting to celebrate my birthday, I did extensive research before booking. We got a superior double private room which I thought was worth the extra bucks. I also requested that the room over look the Passag de Gracia court. We were on the 5th floor so it was not too loud. If you are used... More

We are currently staying at the hotel and booked a private twin room a few months ago. However we have been given an empty dorm room that doesn't have any lock on the inside of the door, and this is making me really anxious in case they accidently book someone into the 4 other empty beds. We have told the... More

I had a fantastic stay at Casa Gracia. The hostel feels more like a boutique hotel than a hostel. The restaurant in the lobby was trendy and full of both travellers and locals - and offered great food for reasonable prices. The property is in a very central location. The room was clean but the beds and pillows, etc were... More

We booked a double room in this hostel and were happy to pay a bit more than an average hostel because we thought we would get a nice room. However, the hostel itself (common rooms) are nice but our room was a huge disappointment - it was small empty, uncomfortable squeaky bed that cannot be put together nicely (we travelled... More

Lovely building overall and nice staff but the private rooms aren't quite worth the cost. Our room smelled of damp and if we opened the window there was a smell of sewage. A/c struggled and the bed wasn't very comfortable. Nice but not worth the price.

Dear travellers, If you are looking to book a hostel, if the price is budget friendly then don't doubt caus Casa Gracia is a good concept. But for people who pay a higher price for a private room, a 'superior double room', it is unfortunately no value for your money. The rooms you see on the pictures are only the... More

Case Gracia welcomed us with it's impressive boutique hostel atmosphere and bustling bar. We were introduced to a number of hostel activity opportunities, including walking tours, morning yoga and design workshops. The communal areas of the hostel were faultless. The food in the restaurant was excellent and good value for money, whether at breakfast, lunch or dinner. The vault bar... More

So we spent a long weekend here, standard private room. Having previously lived in Barcelona for years I had picked this place solely on location but was ultimately pleasantly surprised by EVERY aspect of the place. The reception staff were extremely friendly, the bar/restaurant doubling as a lobby was tastefully decorated and great value and the view from our balcony... More

Staying in Gracia

Neighborhood Profile
Gracia
Gracia literally stands out from the pack. It used to be an independent town until late into the 19th century. Though it’s just a short commute away from the center, a visit here feels like you’re in a whole different city. The bohemian vibe has drawn many international artists to this area, resulting in a wide selection of galleries, live music and artsy boutique stores. The nightlife is centered around the vibrant Gracia’s plaças, where young and old gather to enjoy a drink outside. Carrer de Verdi, its main street, offers affordable restaurants and a movie theater that screens new as well as classic films in their original language. However Gracia's greatest treasure lies just up the hill at Guell Park, where Antoni Gaudi's vibrant and revolutionary art sculptures stand atop unequaled views of Barcelona.
