We both were staying at a 33 sqm of apartment for 3 nights. The apartment is cosy, quiet, large spaces with a lovely balcony. We were satisfied during our staying and highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a big space room.

When you book, fine letters are stating that after 6pm , you can pick pick up the key to access the front door and room from another location, "Can" means an option not a must. I arrived at 10pm and no one was there to take care of me. I had to take a taxi in the meddle of nowhere...

First of all the guy on duty for arrival was fine, helpful and polite, no issues at all with him (sorry forgot your name!). The photos on the website (I used Booking.com) were kind of accurate (ie nothing added) but I think retouched in Photoshop. I say that because from the images it doesnt look like the window would look...

I booked 3 nights and ran away the first morning. To put it simple, it was the worst experience in many, many years. It was very expensive to begin with. My room was not at all as described in the pictures. I was promised a room with a window. Imagine my surprise when I realized that the so-called windows overlooked...

Located at the end of an industrial alley, with no lights after 10 pm. We arrived mid-day and had to call reception on our cell phone in order to gain access into the building; this was our only encounter with any management during our 3-night stay. Free parking was on street - we had no difficulty finding any, but needed...

Only stayed here for one night but wish I stayed longer as it was a very nice place. Just like an actual apartment it has a washing machine and all the cooking equipment you need. This place is a short walk to a shopping center and tram lines

This is the second time staying in the basement apartment in this accommodation. The apartment was again, very clean and well appointed. The location is great for Razzamatz, with the tram only a short walk away to get you to the centre of Barcelona and shopping. Surprised by the amount of negative reviews on here! It may be that peoples...

Extremely dirty and clear water damage in the room we were offered. The guy said they had another room, but he had to clean it first. This he managed to do in 20 min which must be some kind of record. Unfortunately the room still looked like a goat marked in Yemen. So we decided to go somewhere else. The...

Pros. Friendly and eager to help stuff. Nice, modern rooms with many appliances included. Actually can't think of one that wasn't included. WiFi signal was ok. Walking distance from everything (25' walk from Barcelona center and 15' to the beach) and very close to the Razmatazz gig scene. Felt safe. Sheets and bathroom were very clean. Dead-end alley might seem...

Staying in Poblenou

Neighborhood Profile
The futuristic Agbar Tower stands out from Barcelona's skyline in Poblenou. It is no coincidence then that this area of town is the newly crowned technological park of the city, its own mini Silicon Valley containing a tech incubator (Barcelona Activa) as well as a host of local and international high tech companies. To accommodate the onrush of new residents and workers, the area of Poblenou has seen a surge of activity in new high-rise residential buildings and two top-notch shopping centers catering to everyone's need. The ambiance of this area is calmer than the city center and the beautifully relaxing Bogatell Beach, popular with locals, is just a handful of blocks away.
