Really enjoyable stay in a top level hotel. Very friendly, welcoming and professional staff particularly at breakfast. This was the second of two trips within the space of two weeks. We observed excellent Covid practices all round. Understated and quiet and great location by the beach and promenade. About 10 minutes walk to the Born area and beside the Barceloneta. Lovely pool area. Good food; very nice breakfast offer and a knowledgeable cocktail bar staff. We’ll return.

Thank you to Lara and Alba for making our long stay pleasant. Along with the staff at breakfast housekeeping and room service. For management: even if this hotel is really not full, a few more staff members would have make our stay more 5 stars like felling. We stayed for more then a few days. But due to COVID-19 measures our cup for the coffee in the room had to be from carton. No refill of coffee. Restaurants in BCN are closed from 17.00 so a few nights we decided to go for the room service . During the week perfecto! Weekend so so, we had to wait for to long (more saff please) But both week and weekend food was excellent. A really a tiny carte but good. Breakfast is really a bit like in a NoVotel ( sorry for the comparison but that is wat I felt) Mini minimum buffet. Staff always super nice Cleanliness perfect ! Desinfectante everywhere (and good quality) Rooms perfectly clean. We know we can not expect super over the top quality service but maybe with a bit more of creativity you could make it a bit better. Beautiful flower arrangement throughout the hotel. We were very happy with the city view on the Sagrada Familia. And the comfortable bed. Little plus the rooms can be ventilated via the under part of the window. Thanks again to all the staff ! Que os vaya bien I que tot exo acabe rapidito ! Fins aviat.

After long lockdowns, we decided to treat ourselves to a staycation and selected the Hotel Arts for a view, it’s restaurant (Enoteca) and spa. It was our first outing in quite some time and it did not disappoint. The entire staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests. For instance, when we booked the spa was not yet open and they were not sure when it/if it would reopen. When we arrived at checkin, I did see a note the spa was open. I was told it was already booked, but they were able to find a way to accommodate my request anyways in order to enjoy the spa. It was much appreciated as the 43 spa has some of the best views in the city! We had lunch at the pool restaurant and it was correct. Our room was beautiful, a full ocean view on the 17th floor. It was a corner room so we had the front views of the sea as well as a beautiful side view of Montjuïc. The king size bed and spacious sitting area were well-situated to be able to soak in the views. In fact, we ended up ordering breakfast to the room. The next day to take advantage of those views as much as possible. We had dinner at Enoteca, which was a treat. Overall, a good stay where we were able to spoil ourselves for the night.

Stayed here 18 years ago and had very fond memories. Unfortunately this visit did not live up to the memory. The bar is closed for most of the week, so drinks are served in the breakfast room. I have given it 3 stars because the Michelin star restaurant is excellent. Avoid this hotel in 2021 in my opinion.

We live in Barcelona, and decided to treat ourselves to a nice hotel experience for a new year´s eve. And it was the best choice! Attention at the front desk and from all of the staff was excellent, we were asked several times if we are enjoying our stay and if anything they can help us with. The room is amazing - I thikn we got the best view on the 22th floor, and had like a vip view to all the fireworks on the New years eve from Monjuic. Room was super clean, huge . Comfy bed, and big bathroom with all the necesities. We did not take any breakfast or dinner option, neither tried spa - so cannot comment on the food. But the stay was 5 stars indeed) Also location for tourists is perfect - beach is right in front and city center not that far away. If I can put only minus, is having to pay 7 EUR for 2 glasses for champagne (just glasses, without champagne). I thought this is a bit too much.. Looking forward to repeat)
