I am in Barcelona twice a month and this is a new find that is sure to be my favorite hotel for the future. Great, great location, friendly staff, intimate hotel. Boutique at its best, bed sheets and pillows and all.

Sixtytwo Hotel is a hip, high-tech boutique hotel. Great location between the 2 Gaudi apartments on the main drag and walking distance to the most frequented areas. The staff was helpful, friendly, and smart. A bottle of Cava was on ice in our room upon check-in and there is a hospitality suite stocked with goodies during the day and evening.

This is a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Walking distance to everywhere. Close to shopping and the Gaudi buildings! The staff were lovely and courteous... the breakfast lounge faces the street so you see the hustle and bustle in the morning.. I would stay there again!

Location, design, breakfast, quality of materials, view from the terrace (and the terrace itself) - everything was just perfect. It was an amazing experience to stay in the SixtyTwo Hotel. Will definitely come back.

The hotel is situated on one of Barcelona's busiest streets. Be sure to ask for a room at the back if you want a good night's sleep! My room was at the front and the noise was unbearable. The staff were friendly and apologetic, but were unable to give me another room so I had to move hotels.

Situated in the centre of the city within walking distance of all the sites and surrounded by Gaudi architecture. The hotel is modern and stylish, the rooms well appointed and the back balcony a pleasant surprise. All the best shopping you could ever want at your doorstep.

Great service from start to finish. This hotel located on the "5th Avenue" of Barcelona is charming and very well located. The rooms are clean, comfortable and artfully decorated. Some have private balconies. My only issue with the room was the complete lack of any type of dresser - there are literally no drawers, just a few random shelves in the closet. So a couple will...

We stayed for 4 nights at the Sixty-two Hotel. When I realized my junior suite was located on the first floor (which is actually the 2nd floor, since the lobby counts as the "ground" floor), I requested a room that was higher up. Without even blinking an eye, the manager appeared, and happily escorted us to our room to determine...

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
