From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. This hotel is beautiful and the room was very comfortable and spacious. I appreciated the room and hotel design, the amenities, and the restaurants were excellent. It was in a perfect location for shopping and sightseeing and areas in the city that were important to me. This hotel offers a great combination of relaxed holiday, very close to all luxury shops and good restaurants in Barcelona. I stayed with my family a full week. By the pool and for the breakfast there was a very engaged team and an excellent service. Slava, Pep and Will were amazing, just to name the managers. But the overall team Moises, Toni, April and Alessia were fantastic and always willing to please us. The rooms are very quiet and the cleaning is done twice a day. We were really happy with the setup and the service. The food was also very good. It was so good that we had several lunch on the roof top and asked for the name of people hidden in the kitchen. So even if we did not meet them let me congratulate Gorgina , Jord and Miguel for the excellent meals we had. With the pandemic, it is very important to recognize and congratulate staff for their commitment and excellent service they are offering. Overall thanks a million for the really pleasant stay.…

The customer service at The One Barcelona is beyond superb! I was treated with 5 star service from the moment I arrived! The staff is really kind, helpful and accommodating to all that I needed upon arrival and throughout my stay! The location is great and close to everything! I am planning to return to Barcelona next year and I will definitely be staying here again! My room was breathtakingly beautiful and so comfortable!

Everything about the One is top notch. All interactions with staff have been great, especially John, who has kept Cindy company well hydrated with her drink of choice. Domingo at the door great, just nice people. Junior suite very nice, good size, bathroom lovely. Nice location. Enjoyed our stay.

Newer hotel in a quiet part of Barcelona. Modern style public rooms with a high quality dining room. There is also a rooftop bar and casual restaurant with good views of the city. Rooms are modern, efficient & comfortable. Best thing is location -- near the Gaudi houses La Pedrera (Casa Mila) and Casa Batilo and the excellent shopping street Passeig de Garcia. Of course, you can Uber or cab (or take a long walk!!) to the more touristy parts of town.

We were on a Tauck Tour. We found the room size stifling. The bed was hard and the pillows were not good. The breakfast was great. The pool bar was great. Service was very nice. Staff friendly. Good location to walk to things. Very clean. Front desk was helpful.

We take good note of the bed and pillow and are sorry you are not sharing the same view as most of our clients who loved them. Our pillow are 100% goose down feather, however we do have synthetic and harder one on request, which we hope we would have know it. As per the size of our room, we are sorry if the category did not match your expectation, however it is important to note that our cosy rooms starts from 28 to 32m2 and claiming up with categories, our Junior Suites have 40m2 and our top suites up to 120m2. We spent 3 nights in this beautiful hotel in an excellent location. All staff, concierge, waiters, bellmen are professional, courteous, and helpful. Concierge Enrique was especially helpful in assisting me with shipping items home, even providing a box to pack items. Rooms are very well equipped with robes, slippers, toothbrushes, safe, shaving kit, electrical outlet with USA voltage, USB ports, bathroom scale, huge bath towels and a makeup mirror with good lighting in bathroom. My only complaint is the pillows, although large, flattened down to almost nothing. Fortunately there were tow per person so I could double up. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The rooftop bar/restaurant offers a wonderful view of the city. Didn't take advantage of the main restaurant or the pool. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone. …

The One Barcelona is the best of the best in every single category: service, location, room quality, food, etc. You can walk to almost any major site in the city, which is extraordinarily helpful, and the area is incredibly safe and beautiful, even at night. We stayed for nearly a week, and by the time we left, we felt like we were visiting friends, because everyone was so friendly and helpful. It's a 5-star experience complete with turndown service and the best reception and concierge staff, but it's the kind of service that makes you feel at home instead of feeling too stuffy. We are already planning our return trip!

This hotel is surreal. Impeccable service, gorgeous rooms and the most thoughtful touches in service made the end of our European adventure truly magical. My youngest son got super sick when we were there, and the kindness and courtesy of the staff in assisting us with extra towels, finding medicine, offering food and soft drinks will never be forgotten. We loved the rooftop bar, the rain shower and the restaurant on site was exceptional. We are already planning our next trip to Spain and this hotel will be the top of our list.
