We chose this hotel because we arrive late in Barcelona, and we prefer the place in the center. The location of the hostel is perfect, close to public transportation, in the center of Barcelona and several attractions. However the facility is old, and wifi is really weak. If you want to stay 1-2 nights this hostel is good.

I stayed there with my sister and a friend in a triple room. It was basic but quite big and very clean. The fan and a heater were a pleasant surprise. Good value for money and great location. Definitely would stay there again.

Short walking distance to all major sights. And if you're not into walking the metro and busses are right there. Rooms are nice and clean, nothing fancy but convenient. Noise from the traffic might get to you if not wearing earplugs.

Stayed one night here on our way to Seoul. Excellent value for money. We booked a twin room as there were no doubles available and we actually received a room with 4 single beds. The room had a small balcony with a fridge. There is free tea and coffee available in the kitchen (self-service). Water is not complimentary, but you...

Stayed here for four nights and was very pleased. I wasn't sure what to expect because I had read some reviews but I was positively surprised. The location was perfect, not too far from the main streets and harbor but neither at too noisy and busy street. (If you are looking for a quiet place wouldn't still maybe recommend because...

We stayed at Lenin hostel during Easter weekend and can surely recommend this place. For someone who only spend time in room for sleeping is enough. Toilets in the room, little fridge and small balcony really all you need. They provided us with towels. everyday ensure trash was emptied. The only minus were beds as were not comfortable at all....

Spent 5 nights here last week. Ensuite room with enclosed balcony with seating area, huge tv, fridge and comfy bed. Pleasant quick check in and we felt safe with own front door key. Staff were lovely, there's a kitchen area with microwave and tea and coffee to make. Location spot on, 20ish yards from Hotel Majestic what more needs to...

We spent there 3 nights without any kind of problems. The guy at the reception welcomed us and answered all our questions about the city, public transports and places to visit. We were also allowed to leave our luggage in a room during our last day in Barcelona, even if we hadn t pay for that night. Clean, of course...

We had a double room with ensuite. The shower was so tiny that we couldn't use the shower without the shower head falling on your head, burning ourselves on the exposed pipes, and the shower curtain sticking to your body. There were rough towels, but no bathmat, no towel rail, no plug for the sink, two small flat pillows and...

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
