Good location, next to train station. A lot of places to eat nearby. Very helpful and friendly personal. Rooms with air conditionier. We ordered private room with new bathroom. Price meets the quality. Towels were extra 2€/each. There was shared kichen with coffee machine. Locker was free of charge. Late check inn upon request.

I stayed here couple nights because I had to catch an early train. This hostel is very close to the train station, just couple minutes walk. The staff was very friendly, remembered your name (which is always nice). Very clean, simple hostel. The dorm wasn't anything fancy and one thing I would change: better reading lights to the beds. Can't really give now proper review of all hostel as all common areas very closed (incl. terraces) or in limited use. The neighbourhood is nice too. Really worth to stay here if you have happen to have an early train connection somewhere.

What an awesome Hostel! Super cool décor, clean, spacious, right next to the Train station. Fab kitchen, powerful shower & Free coffee. Much higher quality than the price suggests. Bargain, get it booked! Helpful friendly staff, local shops & bars & only 5 mins from the Metro so you can get to the city or beach

When we checked in (at 3pm) the staff told us that they had already charged us the first night and not the second night. So paid for the second night and later checked my card and they had charged me more on the second night..... why not just charge it all at once..... very dumb. Then we went into the tiny dorm rooms tht didn’t have room for our bags and the lockers they provided were already in use/ not working for the beds we were suppose to be on. So we went on the other spare beds where the lockers opened for us. Then the following night they checked people into our room tht were SERIOUSLY ill at 1am only for them to leave at 5 am. Then the next day the manager I assumed in his broken English told us that we were in the wrong bed and wrong locker and told us to change. So I told him the situation of how the lockers were in use by other people and that we therefore couldn’t change our stuff .... only to come back to our room later tht day with one of our lockers completely empty and was missing many things. Went to a doctor later during my trip and he matched the days that I was at this hostel to when I likely contracted the Coronavirus ...... such a bad place to stay do not stay here.

Response from Claudiu Nicolae Sirbuletu, General Manager at Meeting Point Hostels
Responded Dec 21, 2020
Dear guest, we are very sorry to hear that you had an unsatisfactory stay with us. Our reception is always available for any requests our guests may have and if you had asked us to help you to resolve issue with your locker, we would be glad to assist you. Only the first night is charged in advance as it is a non-refundable fee and the rest is charged on site upon arrival. We apologize if our charging policy was inconvenient for you, but this policy is clearly stated and available on our website and other booking pages prior to booking. We are also very sorry that you contracted the coronavirus during your trip, but this does not necessarily mean that it happened at our hostel. We take all possible security measures, including the distancing of guests in the rooms, for this reason our receptionist asked you to use the bed assigned to you. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and hope that you are feeling better. Kind regards, Meeting Point Hostels team.

First hostel I’ve stayed in and really enjoyed, members of staff are really friendly and happy to help. The location of the hostel is perfect, down the road from Sants station wish will make commuting very easy around Barcelona. I would differently go and stay there again.

I stayed at this hostel for 2 days with family in October 2018. The place has quite a cool hostel vibe to it, with lots of European youngsters staying there. The Location - The location is good (but not near the tourist places), since Barcelona-Sants is a major metro station and is a 5 min walk from the hostel. The neighborhood is residential, so quite safe and peaceful and there is a small grocery store nearby, if you want to buy eggs/ bread/ amenities etc. The metro station has McDonalds and plenty of coffee shops as well. Service - The gentleman at the reception was quite helpful and pleasant to talk to, and I found him playing a guitar a short while later :) They have a nice backyard for you to sit in and enjoy a picnic, as well as a common room in the basement. Our room was decent, though a little small and smelled as if it had not been opened in a while. It had an attached bathroom and 4 bunk beds (2 in each column). The room and the bathroom were both clean. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it was quite well stocked and we saw many people cooking breakfast. The hostel has a secure luggage storage area under lock and key, as well as Wi-Fi in the rooms. Overall, a value for money hostel, if you don't mind being a short metro ride away from the tourist attractions!

Super clean hostel with 5 star bathrooms. It definitely felt more like a family hostel, which perfectly accommodated my family's needs. There is a kitchen to use, which made meal planning so much easier while traveling. I would stay here again.
