I would recommend this place for solo traveler: cheap price, very nicely located in Barcelona city centre (gothic neighborhood) and it has the basic old-fashioned necessity for a room (bed, bedside table, small table with chair, small closet, sink with mirror). Internet is quite good....More
Well situated 20 seconds off the Rambles and at liceu metro station. There are more take aways and restaurants round here than you can wave a stick at and a supermarket a few doors down. Really well situated for all of the sites and easy...More
The room was fairly clean and was a good price for the central location however it was very loud in the corridors. There was also loud construction sounds (drilling and hammering) before 9am in the morning! Not much in the way of facilities but free...More
It does the job: you have a place to sleep. That's about it. The room is small and doesn't have much equipment, the bed is tiny and very uncomfortable. Personnel is not very friendly. Location is very good though, a few steps from La Rambla.
Went with seven others for a festival. Two twin rooms, four single. Twins had en suite, singles shared a bathroom. Singles tiny and cell like, twins more spacious. Rooms all clean, but very Spartan, no frills sums them up. Window in the twin room, but...More
With its iconic, old-Europe streets and alleys, this picturesque neighborhood is the very heart of Barcelona. It blends historic artifacts from its days under Roman dominion up through the Spanish Civil War with a vibrant modern-day culture of artisan shops and authentic culinary experiences. Avid explorers will be thrilled to discover quaint terraces and plazas brought to life by the many small bars and local
musicians lasting late into the night. Fashionistas will be drawn to Portal de L’Angel, which is lined with well-known brand names and smaller boutique stands.
