We where in the hotel in February 2018. Service was terrible. Rooms had a funny smell. We did complaint to reception and they basically told us to go away. Reception is small ans hotel is not in good location. Don,t do same mistake we did...More

As we said, in our review, the hotel is a fair walk from the main centre of Segovia. The monastery is the only place worth visiting, in the vicinity, but we did notice, when we were navigating our way out of the area, when we moved on from the hotel, that the residential area behind the hotel (away from the main road) does have several shops, small supermarkets and a few bars and restaurants.
