Staff was very friendly and helpful. As you can imagine taking a car there and getting it parked is a daunting task. They were very very patient and helpful. The rooms are modest but very comfortable. I wish we had stayed longer. Segovia is enchanting.

Located in the center of Segovia near Plaza Mayor. Directions to the hotel were excellent and easy to follow. Driving in the old part of the city can be a challange with narrow, one way streets and lots of pedestrians. Hotel room was well layed out, staff were very efficient and helpful. Buffet breakfast is a great deal. We would...

This is an incredible hotel set into a XIII century building. The bedrooms are modern with all the conveniences you would want. The main areas of the hotel are centuries old -- with an incredible history. When the aquaduct was being built the family which owed this house was wealthy enough to have water routed to the house -- in...

We booked a junior suite for my wife and I and two daughters. The room was clean but very small for a junior suite -- basically 5m x 5m to contain two single beds pushed together to form a single bed, and two cots for my daughters. Space was at premium. The bed was firm to a degree I have...

This hotel is situated just a very short walk to Plaza Mayor Square, restaurants, bars, and their famous aqueduct. As such, it is ideally situated. At check in, I was prepared to request room 203 on the advice of Trip Advisor reviews. Before I could request it though, they assigned me this room which had a very nice view. The...

We spent one night in Segovia from our recent visit to Spain, and felt the it really worth the time spent there. The city is kind of quiet in the afternoon, but regain its life after dark. The hotel is centrally located, and close to all the plazas with action.

This was my second visit and it was as enjoyable as my first. Friendly staff pleasant room and great location. Ideally situated in the old town so the car was parked and left. We found too late some armchairs on the upper part of the dining area that would have been nice to sit in and have a bottle of...

We found this hotel by booking.com and the trigger was the combination of location and price. On a distance of 200 of the Plaza Mayor on a beautiful spot the hotel is located. The room was nice, bed a little bit hard but good enough. The view outside the window was gorgeous.
