This is one of the most breathtaking views in the region. This is much better than staying in the city . Its situated on a hill across the valley and a few minutes car or bus from the center of town. We stayed on the first floor and had our own private patio, where we just bought a bottle of... More

We arrived late in the afternoon from Guadalupe, were well looked after, enjoyed fine dining in the restaurant but could only stay one night. We will be back another day to see the aqueduct, cathedral, castle and walls up close. The Parador is situated directly opposite the city and the visitor is greeted with a breathtaking panoramic view across Segovia.

The hotel is no the best class of the Paradores but it is good. Rooms are quite big. The swimingpool is great, it must be awesome for the summer. The location is not good as it is far from the center. You will need a car, or taking taxis (between 6-10€ to the center)

It may be tempting to think a hotel right in the city or beside the Aqueduct would be best, but then you'd miss the utterly amazing panorama views from the Parador de Segovia, sited on the hill across the valley and a few minutes car or bus ride from the Aqueduct. Best is to book a room on the 4th... More

Great location with great views of the cathedral and Roman aqueduct Good value if booked half board especially as part of a Brittany Ferries tour Minor quibbles : As often with Paradors the signposting to the hotel is atrocious Paradors seem to have forgotten how to cook bacon Apart from that thoroughly recommended

From check in to check out was a marvellous experience. The dinner was above par, excellent five course meal, served in a beautiful restaurant with a view over the town and onto the cathedral and acqueduct. Coukdnt have been more enjoyable.

Very pleasant and helpful staff on reception. The hotel architecture is unusual and not historic. However the room we had was comfortable. The patio off the bar was not as special as the previous evening, but there was still a good view of the city lit up in the evening. The restaurant was, as with many Parador's, pleasant, food ok... -We chose this hotel because of the pools. Outdoor pool was closed which was very unpleasant surprise even though the weather was really nice and warm. It disturbed our training process for Ironman race. More over, indoor pool and wellness were opened only on the weekend which we didn't know in advance either. Breakfast was too expensive for what they... More
