Very central location along a pedestrian street. We were driving so it was interesting manoeuvring around the streets to locate it. Advise to use GPS only as a guidance, as the roads are narrow and you need to park a short distance from the hotel. The hotel has secure off site parking, you will temporarily leave your car and the...

Great hotel, reasonably priced. Good breakfast and most importantly comfortable beds. Slight downside no view from room but fantastically positioned for sightseeing Segovia so an added bonus. Staff most accomodating and they provide a shuttle to the AVE speed train too. The oldest hotel in the city and worth a stay if you are not put off with no view...

A very comfortable hotel in the old town a few minutes walk to the cathedral and the main square. The rooms are modern, bathrooms recently renovated, and everywhere is spotless. Reception staff efficient, pleasant and very helpful. The breakfast room could be fantastic but it is basic and for a little money, thought and design it could be vastly improved...

We LOVED our stay here! We felt as if we had been transported back in time, stepping into the elegant lobby of this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and so accommodating. We stayed in room 412 - it was a very spacious room as far as European rooms go. There were his and her sinks in the bathroom, amenities...

We stayed in the hotel for four nights. It was a truly lovely stay. We were in a superior double with a great view of the catedral on the fourth floor. The hotel is very conveniently located to all sights in Segovia. Less than 5 minute walk to catedral and the aqueduct. The front desk was very helpful with all...

On the center of the old part of Segovia has a wonderful service, people are really nice, the bedrooms are quite comfortable and clean, a good breakfast quite complete . You can walk to most of the attractions on Segovia, a lot of places to dine and shops in the surroundings.

This is a well appointed hotel with friendly staff and a wonderful rooftop terrace. The downstairs cafe and restaurant is very hot though. The rooms are stylish and have controllable aircon. No English TV channels. I know some xenophobes have decided on Brexit but maybe more will travel despite the collapsing pound just to get away from our dreadful government,...

Kind receptionist (blond lady), superb spot and spacious rooms. Make sure you book one with a view... Perhaps breakfast could be included at the 75 euros/night rate, but still this is a very nice place. Don't miss the free bikes ride & the roof top view.
