The hotel has a good location and it is very clean. The room is spacious and has good beds and sheets, the bathroom is good too. The only thing is the colors and decorations.. black curtains, and things that looked cheapy.. really you can stay here but I think there are more places that would be better to the eye....

we stayed here for one night as part of a Leger tour. The hotel entrance is just of a busy main road and it was a struggle for our coach. The welcome at reception was warm and friendly. The main reception areas are a little tired and decorated in a mock grecian style with a selection of statues and chandeliers.The...

My room there consisted of a Bathroom when I enter my door, a hallway and the bedroom. The hallway had the closet as well as the safe. What I really liked about the place was its location. There were grocery stores near by, and the Plaza Mayor of the Salamanca was very close. This Plaza offered entertainment from the many...

The hotel is easy to find and close to the city centre. The Plaza Mayor is only a short walk away. It is an old fashioned hotel and the decoration is bordering to kitsch. The room was unbearable hot. Switching on air condition makes the room even warmer. Only hot air is pushed into the room. We opened the window,...

Great choice for our tour group. We stayed in early March. Really nice rooms with really nice bathrooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our tour group. An excellent breakfast buffet was provided. The dining room is very spacious as well as very elegant looking. Good size lobby but small reception area. Very small elevators which are really...

I really enjoyed our stay at Artheus Carmelitas. The hotel was clean, cozy, and super close to the center of Salamanca. The bed was especially nice. It was large, the mattress was perfect, and the pillows were soft. I slept so well, which isn't always the case in Europe. I would definitely return to the Artheus on my next trip...

Very nice hotel but the brochure suggests more, maybe some of the rooms are special but a run of the mill twin or double is the same as most others. Reception area is very good, plenty of space but can be busy. Restaurant is clean (only had breakfast) as we ate out. Stayed here with MSL tours for a motorcycle...

Stayed @ this hotel while visiting nephew @ University. Clean rooms, good location. Only hiccup on trip, which is not related to hotel, is I checked out of hotel and planned to store luggage @ Salamanca train station.THERE IS NO LUGGAGE LOCK-UP @ THIS TRAIN STATION. Anyway, I would recommend this hotel.

We chose this hotel for our first night after getting the ferry to Santander. After a 3+ hour drive across snow covered northern Spain, we found the hotel to be welcoiming and excellent and really good value for money. Car parking in the hotel's own garage was a bit pricey, but well worth it for the peace of mind leaving...
