From first impression to last, a superb hotel.

The greeting from Javier and his colleagues, and the offer of a welcoming glass of wine while they parked our car was impeccable.

The room was as close to ideal as an hotel room can get - spacious, well-furnished and equipped with

This hotel is wonderful. Great service from attentive staff, spacious modern rooms and an oasis spa facility (separately charged), all in the centre of town. We traveled as a family and felt at home and very much looked after. Thank you!

My husband and I woud like to visit Salamanca over the Christmas holidays including Christmas Day. Are we able to get a lunch or dinner at the restaurant on Christmas Day and the surrounding restaurants to the hotel? Many thanks
Hi Helen, we have stayed in the hotel a few times but never at Christmas. The hotel staff are very helpful however. They will have a better view of which restaurants are open over Christmas. I would email the hotel and ask. Peter

we were looking to book a room for 3 adults ( our teenage son), and were not sure if the hotel can accommodate us. Trip Advisor says yes, but the hotel website seems to say no. can you advise us?
Yes they can accommodate you. (Or they did in December) But maybe it's easiest to ask them via email.

Hello, can anybody please tell me how the air conditioning in the rooms work? We are here to stay for two weeks as our teenaged children are learning spanish and we are currently in a 5 star Hotel with terrible air conditioning or not at all and they insist it is fine. We need to move but need to know first how the air con works for american standards. Thx!
The a/c worked perfect. Maybe ask housekeeping To show you how it works with Farenheit instead Of centigrade . Beatriz at front desk speaks English!,,
