Don't waste your money. We stayed in the Pension across the avenue, was unable to establish Wi-Fi connectivity using the router in the Pension. I am writing this on the hotels' signal. Staff is clueless, the room is small and the bathroom shared, an incredibly noisy environment...an old building that has never been updated because they have enough gullible tourists...

Very basic room coupled with indifferent service and mediocre pricing add up to an acceptable hotel only if most everything nearby is booked. Location is good, with plenty of surrounding bars and restaurants; and it is right on the Camino de Santiago, but frankly I'd add a couple blocks further walk for a nicer hotel experience.

Nice price, although tiny room and bathroom. Kind and friendly staff. Bed matress is too soft for my back. Room in first floor without windows to inner court. Breakfast is enough but poor. Good deal for the money, nevertheless.

Convenient location close to the Camino. We were handed a leaflet and kept looking around however came back as it turned out to be good value. We were welcomed by the manager. The room was clean comfortable and decor was modern. The breakfast was a good start for the day with good coffee.

We stayed in the pension accommodation opposite which is owned and operated by the hotel. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Room was small, noisy and not very clean. On balance, over-priced for standard of accommodation provided. Breakfast was 6€ each for a couple of Madeleine's and some toast. Would not stay again and would not recommend.

I stopped for a night here, traveling alone, and found my small, dark room at this hotel to be comfortable, adequate for the price. I think it would have felt crowded if I were traveling as a couple. Fairly quiet, my room was towards the back of the first floor, only disturbed when some noisy people came in late at...

Kind innkeeper, good customer service, 3€ breakfast, good price, central location, nice interior, doors a little thin for noise in hallway, small flat screens in room, good heating, beds comfortable, allowed us to store bags for the afternoon even though we weren't saying another night. Recommended.

We loves this small hotel in the center of Burgos. We were walking part of the Camino de Santiago, and all the hostels and albergues were full a we arrived in Burgos, so we stayed here. We were actually offered a very generous pilgrims discount. The rooms here are small, and we had to book two rooms for our party...

3 of us stayed at this hotel for 3 nights end of Aug 2013 and were delighted with the service of the receptionist Almudena. She spoke perfect English and was so helpful. We are walking the Camino and needed a respite while watching our budget. She offered us a room for 3 in the pension across from the hotel for...
