In my opinion slightly homophobic reaction at checkout to myself and partner. Giving a Twin Room despite booking a Double (Matrimonial in Spanish). Requested change which we were given, but probably (as my photos suggest) the smallest room in the hotel right next to the neon lights. The bathroom was bigger than the bedroom??? Hard horrible bed linen, bed and...

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and efficient but that is all. Close to the old town centre within walking distance. Very good breakfast but hotel restaurant is disappointing. Might do with some refurbishment in the common areas but the rooms are good. Would stay there again.

We got this hotel as part of a tour package. Our room was not bad and aside from the spacious bathroom, there was not much to be desired. There seemed to be no air-conditioning in the room, just heater. Part of the tour package was a dinner; the pork they served was tasty but dry. And the TV had probably...

We spent one night here while on a Globus Tour. The room was large and very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious 3 course dinner at the hotel which was catered by the famous, historic Casa Ojeda restaurant. The hotel breakfast buffet was ample and delicious!

Conveniently situated a short walk from the Plaza Mayor, we enjoyed our one night stay here. We were part of a group, and sometimes hotels cut corners on the set menu. But not so here; the meal was excellent and generously portioned, and breakfast was very good. The room was a little small but still adequate. Staff delivered the baggage...

This hotel was close to the centre if town and the main square bus terminal. The room was comfortable and air con worked well although on a timer. The service was basic as there was some small language barrier. The breakfast was a buffet with a good selection of tea coffee cereals fruits pastries cheeses and some bacon and scrambled...

“In general, rooms are good. However, higher floors have difficulty to access the Internet, so the lower(up to the 2nd floor) the less Internet connection problem you will have. You can, at any time of the day, though, use your iPad or computer in the lobby (comfortable and spacious) or in the "entrepiso"(mezzanine).”
