I staid one night on this campsite in june and I was quite shocked about the unfriendly women at the reception. She didn't want to give me an alternative plot although there was half of the campside available. I wasn't satisfied with the place for my car and tent. In the night I heart streetnoise from roaring car motors because... More

We were late docking at Santader so made for the nearest campsite. When we pulled on the site there was no one else camped up on site. We were shown our pitch which was grass and very small even for our 6 mtr van. Could not find the EHU eventually found it under a water supply sink?? Which was filthy.... More

We stayed here like many others just before the ferry. It was about to close for the winter in a couple of days time, (despite temperatures of over 25 degrees as we left on October 10th!!) and nothing was open. No supermarket or bread or cafe or pool, just reception and showers. However as they know, we had little alternative... More

We stayed here for one night after a ferry crossing. Very good for one night. The shop and swimming pool were open until 8pm. The cafe was very good. The food was good and the price was very low. I would not stay longer than one night. But it was an excellent stopover after the ferry crossing.

This is good for when you get off the ferry and want an overnight stop. However they would not let us book so you have to hope there is a pitch. There were quite a few left when we got there. The restaurant is very reasonably priced. Showers were fine with plenty of free hot water. Only drawback for us... More

We used this site at the beginning of our 4 week trip through Spain and France. It is handy for the ferry from Portsmouth. We liked the pitches and it was plenty big enough for our 7 metre long motorhome. Each pitch had it`s own sink and electric point. It had a shop and a bar also. The town was quite a walk from the... Spent three nights here in late September. Very handy for ferry to Portsmouth (20mins). Very pleasant staff, as it was late season we were allowed to park our car on the pitch next door. Also each pitch has it's own electric point, and sink ! My only criticism was on one day the showers were only luke warm. Very close... More

Used this site as a close stop over off evening ferry. Pitch was about 8 metres by 4 metres wide, my motorhome is nearly 8 metres long, so very tight, and no bigger pitches. A group of spanish young men carried on all evening and very late into the night. My wife hated it. Facilities were very basic. Pleased to... More

I used this camping site at the start and finish of a four week cycletour, it was one of the best, probably the best camp site I used. The tent camping area has good flat areas with nice mowed grass and soil you can get tent pegs into, both rare in Spain and there was shade and wind protection from... More

Last week in May and easy to get to from ferry which arrives early evening. Very friendly front desk with good English. Site is clean and well maintained but they only take cash, no cards accepted. Also no discount despite restaurant and pool closed.
