The check in was perfect : smiling young woman, good explanations, given some adress to dine.
Perfect junior suite at the 5tjh floor, quiet but there is a 11 pm closed obligation.

You can park for 15 € the car but beware it is via an elavator and so the car has to be not too large...

First I have to say that the staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The room was clean and the view from the room was nice. The location great. But the nights were pure terror. Stayed three nights, three nights with party on the street. I was not able to sleep with closed windows and earplugs. In the morning the noices from the room cleaning service was as loud as it was my room. A not fully tainted window to the bathroom makes it too intimate when traveling with a friend. Offering no hot-cup/water heater is poor. And the price of a small bottle of water at 3.50 is a bit high, too. Other hotels offer them free. At least for loyality members. Over all - sorry, but not again...

The walking street is 5mins from the door and offers a variety of restaurants and cafes. The town has the oldy charm with a modern twist. Food prices are excellent in the town.

I went for work reasons and the NH hotel in Santa Cruz is always the best choice, due to the excellent quality-price ratio.
It is super well located: right in the center. Less than 50 meters away is the promenade and on the corner one of the commercial streets (not to mention the most commercial). It is pedestrian… so the area is super quiet! From the hotel, and with a short walk, you can explore the entire center of Santa Cruz: Sanabria park, market, etc. Everything is really close because the location is excellent and unbeatable!
The rooms are spacious and comfortable; and all the furniture is exquisitely cared for (sometimes this is not common in other hotels of this category). Plus, both the bed and the pillows were super comfortable! The bathroom is spacious and you have all the amenities you need… and with a delicious fragrance!
The buffet is spacious and if you need anything, just tell Marisol (the buffet manager) and she will provide it for you without any problem; as did Juan Pablo, from reception, who - in my case - had forgotten my slippers.
And what can we say about the Director, Alejandro Caride: a 10!! for the close treatment, for the welcome and all the attention received, both upon arrival and upon departure! He seems to be an excellent professional, without ceasing to be a friendly person, with a smile that makes you feel at home from the first moment. That harmony and closeness is reflected in the good harmony he has with the staff.
In short, if you go to Santa Cruz or surrounding areas… the NH is the best option by far!

I travel to Tenerife several times during the year and I always decide to stay in the same hotel. I usually travel several times for work and the staff already recognize me when I walk in the door. I also count on being a loyal customer which creates several advantages such as accumulating money in your virtual account to deduct future stays or services (it is personal since it is linked to your ID, trips for work or pleasure), room upgrades if it's possible...

We were particularly impressed by the assistance given by the receptionist we dealt with (Juan), who made our stay so much better. The room itself was very good, with no real complaints, although I'd rate the shower as just adequate. There was, however, a bath option. The beds were very comfortable. One thing: don't stay here on New Year's Eve if you don't like a noisy neighbourhood. A stage was set up just around the corner, and the music played from 9pm to 6am at such volume that we couldn't even watch TV or talk because everything was drowned out by the (not very good) music a couple of hundred metres away.

Hi - the hotel is very, very central and so will be very close to the various carnival events. So, therefore the hotel is "very convenient".
