Detailed Reviews
My husband and I spent 6 days here. The large room had twin medium-sized beds (although not explicitely required by us), a desk, a mini-fridge, a tv, a large wardrobe, a bathroom with a big shower, a safety box and a nice balcony, where you can enjoy the shadow in the early morning and in the late afternoon :-)
The staff is very nice but it is better if you know a little Spanish because not all of them can fluently speak English. Breakfasts are served in the nearby Colosseo restaurant from Monday to Saturday. The small buffet includes bread, home-made cake, ham, cheese, croissants, a tasty peach-jam, Canary Islands bananas, butter, Spanish tortilla, coffee, milk and upon requests juice and tea.
On Saturdays they serve only toasted bread with butter and jam, juice, coffee and milk. I guess it is because the restaurant is closed on Sundays, when you have to go to a close bakery and choose one of the salty pastries, milk, coffee and fresh orange juice.
The location is perfect for those who want a quiet room and have a car to reach the Teresitas beach. We were quite satisfied about the residential area, but it is not an option to stay without a vehicle.
Overall it was a good choice: cheap prices, clean room and satisfying service.

Situated in a residential suburb of Santa Cruz., this clean, modern but simple hotel is just the ticket. Poilte staff, although only limited English spoken. Not at all touristy, which I liked. City centrre walkable in about 15 mins up a beautiful boulveard. Sea front about 5 mins, but no beach. Main advantage of this location is it's the right side of town for the bus to the incredible San Andreas beach. Recommended!

This isn't a hotel to stay in for a holiday or any sort of luxury break, but it is a good , basic, functional place to use as a base in Santa Cruz.
We found it to be easily accessible when driving, being just off one of the main city thoroughfares, and it has free roadside parking right outside.
Our double room was basic but perfectly clean and had a spacious balcony and decent bathroom.
We had booked and paid online and found check in to be quick and efficient with no problems, the guy on reception was also very helpful with directions to city attractions etc.
The hotel isn't central, but is only about a ten minute walk from the city centre along the seafront and also close to the central Rambla Se Santa Cruz footpath.
Downside of the place for us was just the noise. As other reviews have mentioned, the walls seem to be very thin and it can sound like the neighbours are actually in your room! This wasn't too much of a problem for us as there did not seem to be many guests, but I can imagine it being very annoying if the hotel was full.
Overall we found the place to be good value and would use it again.

It was good value for money and the room and bathroom were clean, the staff pleasant and helpful and my room had a balcony. However, in early January, the bed needed a duvet. Even with the spare blanket, I was very cold. It advertised a “laid-back” restaurant and a bar. The restaurant’s description was an understatement. The service was not to be seen, though friendly enough when it arrived. Most of the items on the menu had been crossed out and there were a few handwritten options. I ordered the avocado and tomato salad followed by hake. Eventually, the waiter told me the chef wasn’t happy with the avocado, so I asked to see the menu again. No menu appeared but he returned after about 20 minutes with a perfectly acceptable avocado and tomato salad! Whilst eating this, he came back to say there was no hake (a handwritten item) would I like cod!! The bar was fine with more reasonably-priced tapas food but the tables needed a good clean.

Out of town in a residential area so you can park your hire car outside. Friendly staff and a very clean hotel. Quite cheap. Rooms are a good size but there are virtually no hotel facilities except WiFi and a small lounge with a vending machine (broken all the time we were there). Good café style food can be found nearby. The main issue is the noise. Walls are thin and noise also came through from the floor above. Outside the road traffic is also noisy even at night and nearby dogs were loudly barking at all times of the day and night. Before we booked we saw some reviews that seemed to give a good rating but they do not describe the hotel that we visited. It has no views and no pool!

This place is not anything special at all, but if you are just looking for somewhere to stay in Santa Cruz on a low budget, it will serve the purpose. As many other businesses in the Canary Islands and Spain, it has a potential to be much better than it actually is. It is clean and nicely furnished but minor issues such as cracked glass on the shower door, non-working lifts and remote control, or super cheap and low-quality soaps, are really annoying when they pile up. Also, I had the feeling that the walls are quite thin as I could hear the neighbours at one point. The area is primarily a residential district and it is very quiet, it´s 2 bus stops or a 20-minute walk to the centre and 10-minute bus ride from the closest beach in San Adreas, so take that into consideration.

We used this as a stopover on our way from the ferry to our accommodation in the south west, and to have the chance to spend the day in Santa Cruz.. While there was nothing memorable about the hotel we had no complaints either. It was exactly what you would expect of a modern budget hotel. It is a little off the beaten track but not too far from the centre. Our room was small but comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the light breakfast in the adjacent cafe.

This Hotel is a good 20 minutes walk to Santa cruz. The walls are very thin so you hear everything and everyone opening and closing doors so woke me quite a bit. The receptionists on both shifts were nice and helpful. For breakfast you get a token for the cafe next door where you can have a ham/cheese sandwich or a croissant and coffee and not that exciting.

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel.
Big modern designed rooms with balcony;
Very quiet the first night,but the second new neigbours talking all night.
Why does people not go out ,if they wants to party on.
Free parking in fonnt of the hotel.
15 minutes walking to the center of Sant Cruz;
Breakfast basic,in the bar next door,connected with the hotel.
100 m away,good cafitaria on way to the center.
Santa Cruz is not that big city,but need more respect than it always get.
